Our dear friend and brother, who is a great tech, had to out source a vehicle to them. They promised that the work would be done and the vehicle would be ready for pick up on June 5th, 2015. It has been over seven days past that contracted date and the vehicle is still not done. This has put this amazing tech in a bind because the owner of the vehicle needs the vehicle back and due to it still sitting at this shop untouch he can not finish and return it to the owner. Personally if you can not keep your word then why are you in business. I would not recommend this shop to anyone unless they are planning on going back to horse and buggy for a while.

I took my truck to them for an estimate. They told me what to expect - and how long they would need it. My vehicle is a black truck - and I was worried about the repair because I wanted it to look new - and black vehicles tend to show more flaws. Well, they met their time estimate. They met their price estimate. The repairs look excellent. And on top of that...they cleaned out my vehicle when they were done. I was impressed with the entire process. I have used other shops in the past - and have been satisfied. I went to Bountiful Collision because I felt good with the people there. I am extremely happy.

My buddy out sourced a truck there. Needless to say they lied straight to his face about how long and the process they where doing. My buddy gave the truck to them on a monday and they said they would start it on Wednesday. Two weeks went by and they had just barely pulled it into the shop to start the prep work when they were sending my buddy progress pics of the truck saying they would have it all done in a couple of days. One more week went by and they just barely started to prep it for paint. By far the worst shop ive ever been to. Please only send the people you really dont like there.

I guarantee the one star reviews on this place are fake. If you met the management team here, or have done business with them, youd understand why I say that. Me and my extended family have been having our cars (and the occasional RV) repaired by Ryan and his team here for many years. I honestly cant recall a single instance that was less than satisfactory. Quite the opposite. In most cases, these guys go above and beyond and exceed my expectations. They also provide rental cars so theyre a one stop shopping experience. Cant recommend Bountiful Collision enough.

Had my brand new Mazda 3 fixed here after I was rear ended. They did a great job and it looks good as new. They will deal with the insurance adjusters/appraisers and arrange a rental car for you if needed which is a big help. When I went to pick up the car it was washed and vacuumed for me too. They also give you a warranty for the repair. I will definitely go back if ever need too.

We have had several trucks and cars repaired and painted by these gentlemen. While it takes longer than expected at times I have always been happy with the out come and the extra mile they go to to get things right. My wifes jeep is a black pearl and it matched perfectly. They repainted my challenger with a custom paint job that is awesome. I would recommend them hands down any day :)

We needed a front bumper replaced and some side door damage repaired on our Honda Odyssey. Jared was great working with our mixed insurance claim and personal repairs. We just got the car back yesterday and it looks fantastic. The paint is a perfect match and it looks brand new. We will definitely go back when we need another job done.

Referred here by insurance. Took longer than estimated time. Car was not fixed after 2 tries. Had to take to a different shop to find out what was wrong(paid for that out of pocket) for this place to fix car! Only went back because of insurance. Do not recommend.
