The best body shop around by far. My 2105 370Z Nismo was just 5 months old with 1,350 miles when we were hit. A member of the Desert Z Association Car Club recommended that I should call David Robinson, the owner of USA Collision. Prior to calling David, I called the body shop my family has been dealing with for years. I was not happy after speaking with the adjuster. I called Mr. Robinson and explained what happened to my car. After speaking with him for over 30 minutes, I felt very comfortable with him working on my car even though we had not yet met. I had my car towed to USA Collison. I drove over to meet him. He had the car disassembled. He showed me the parts list for every part on my car associated with the VIN number. I knew I was going to get the exact replacement parts. David had every part marked that was going to be replaced. He and his top body man explained to me how they were going to do the repairs. After my first visit I walked away very confident in USA Collisons workmanship. David treated me as though I am in his immediate family. He has a very pleasant personality. He will answer every question and give you full complete answers. David is still one of the few people that believe a hand shack is a gentlemans agreement. He called me every week to give me an update on the progress of the car. He suggested that I visually inspect all work as it progressed because he does not want his customers to feel like he is hiding something from them. Prior to getting my car back, David took it to the dealership where I bought the car for an alignment. It wasnt quite right so he took it back to have them redo the alignment. I could not be any happier with my car except for the fact I wish it was not hit in an accident. People in the auto business are very impressed with the work. They all have said that you cannot tell the car was in an accident. He goes over and beyond to ensure his customers are 100% satisfied. I am the analytical type - CPA background and did a lot of research here and other places before deciding on USA Collision. I hadnt needed any body repairs for like 30 years since I dont get into accidents. However, while sitting still on the 1-10 due to traffic I got rear ended. Didnt look too bad... She had Allstate and got fast estimator for about $900, I could take it anywhere and would provide a rental car. I asked if they had any recommendations, suggested a large chain but their reviews were not that good. There are lots of body repair places along Cave Creek Road just a bit South of me so researched many of them. Decided in USA Collision and very happy with them. The famous owner Dave has a gift of warm friendliness. The office is in the process of being remodeled but comfortable while waiting for a rental car to be sent from Enterprise not far away. The adjuster mentioned there may be damage under the bumper they cant see till take everything apart. Dave said the repairs would take 4 days. About the 3rd day Dave called to say they had found more damage, had gotten OK from Allstate and notified Enterprise would be longer. All paid for of course by Allstate liability for the gal that hit me. Finished on the about 7th day, left the rental with them (Enterprise would pick it up from them) and the rear end of my 2005 Camry looks just like it was new. Very nice work, they fixed anything that could have been possibly caused by the accident. They cleaned/washed it inside and out (it was getting dirty and needed some deep cleaning). Total repairs were about $1500 but of course didnt cost me anything. This is like a lawyer or a hospital, where you dont really want to have to use them again (avoid accidents) but certainly will if I ever need body work again!

Re: USA Collision : I needed work done on my car front bumper. It sits too low and is always touching parking lot bumpers. It finally fell and I had to have it replaced. I went to a very reputable German Auto Mechanic Shop on E. Greenway & 32nd. Street. He highly recommended I take my car to a reputable shop. He recommended USA Collision on Cave Creek Rd. This was a very pleasant experience from the minute I entered the office. Friendly Dave (owner) greeted me with a smile. I showed him the problem and asked if it could be fixed. He immediately saw it was broken, and had been pulled out as I backed out of the Parking lot bump. It was obvious to me it couldnt be fixed when I saw the broken part. I asked what a new one would cost. We went into the office and he checked. After patiently answering my questions, he gave me an estimate. I went ahead and accepted it. I am completely satisfied with the beautiful work done! The car looks great! Great job, perfectly matched the car, cleaned inside and out. thoroughly, nicely finished all around. I will definitely stay away from parking bumps. But I would gladly return to this shop to have them work on my car. I highly recommend Daves Business "USA Collision" (By the way, the clean, friendly, helpful environment is a plus in that Office) his Secretary and his son were most gracious taking me home and driving me back to pick up my car. One of the best experiences to deal with when needed. Thank you Dave and Co. !

Dave and USA Collision have been helping my family for the past 17 years. Always professional, they go out of their way to make a bad situation a good experience. They have helped us with our Dodge Grand Caravan, Nissan Altima, Toyota Camry and our newest vehicle, 2015 Kia Soul. They have been a big help from minor to major work. Our new Kia Soul had the edge of a cabinet fall and dent and scratch the bumper just days after buying it. USA Collision was able to make it like it never happened within a day with no hassle. They also helped greatly when I totaled my Nissan. The insurance was not enough to replace it. The owner, Dave stepped in and was able to talk the adjuster into not totaling it by suggesting refurbished parts be used. This simple idea allowed us to keep the vehicle, kept our cost down and the Nissan never looked better and now 6 years later its still running and looking great. We appreciate the work and people over at USA Collision and recommend them to anyone needing body work on their cars. THANK YOU!!

I just moved to Phoenix not too long ago, and needed some body work done on one of my cars. Not knowing any shops in the area, or more importantly quality body shops, I was recommended to USA collision by a friend. I have had been to several body shops in my life, but not one like this. The manager, David is an extremely friendly, personable, efficient person. I brought my car in, and within 15 minutes, he had it looked over, pictures taken, and a quote ready for me to review. As I waited I was greeted by the friendly staff that works here as well! Fast forward a week, and my car was all done being repaired. When I first saw the finished product, I was very pleased, and knew that they had done a great job. But as I looked closer, I could see that my car was washed, waxed, AND completely cleaned on the inside. I am blown away by the intentionality of this shop, and their efforts to go above and beyond. I will be taking my cars here from now on, and I 100% recommend this shop to anyone who needs work done on their cars!
