Ill go ahead and start by making the bold statement that these guys dont care about quality. I have an old Cadillac that was driven by a 90 year old man up until I got the car. The car was in perfect shape until I was rear ended. I decided to take it to auto body world since theyre down the street from my house. I made it known on multiple occasions that I wanted the car exactly how it was before the wreck and they assured me that it will "look brand new." I didnt notice how bad it was until I got the car home. Oh, a side note, they bring you your car when "finished" and park it in shaded/covered parking so you dont notice their shoddy work. Long story short, theres parts listed on the paperwork that they supposedly bought to replace the damaged parts yet the damaged parts are still on the car. Weird. They replaced chrome parts with plastic and got overspray all over the front of the car. The trim doesnt fit together how its supposed to and it has bends in it....its not even flush to the panels. When the trunk was hit the latches were bent severely and they just did their best to bend them back even though they needed to be replaced. The most annoying thing....when I open the trunk its supposed to open all the way without having to touch it.... It now only opens a quarter of the way. And, conveniently, all of the sudden the interior left speakers dont work anymore. They certainly did when I dropped the car off. WTF! If you want your car to look like it came out of Maaco then go to Auto Body World.

Thank Auto Body World ( Jessica and Jason the tech) for the nice favor. My plastic bumper had a number done on it, it in a parking lot. I needed it popped back out. Normally you would expect the technician to ask you to buy a new bumper with high labor involved right? Not these guys, they told me it would not look perfect but they would do the job. They did it in less than 5 minutes, it looks 95 percent the way it looked before the boo boo. Just the scratches left over. They charged me nothing. WHO DOES THIS??? Afterwards I asked for a quote on painting my hood and got a very nice quote. Its not about the free labor, its about the fact that these guys did not try and rob me like so many others in the Valley have. My customers in that shop at my business down the street recommended them. THANKS AGAIN

My car got backed into and therefore needed to be fixed. I was a bit weary about the quick turnaround as well as being annoying about some extra things I had done on my car when I bought it and they definitely exceeded my expectations. Picked it up today and you cant even tell it was damaged. They answered my repetitive questions without fail and did a great job with the insurance company and everything. Very pleased with the service and work!

This place is terrible service. They told me my car would be done 2 weeks ago and now went on 3 weeks. They said it would be done 2 weeks then gave me 2 different dates they said it would be done and it still wasnt. They need to learn to tell someone theirs car ready when its actually ready. And also they only waxed one side of my car. I would NOT go to this place

Service King was very friendly & They got my car done in the time frame they quoted me. It was nice having the rental car place on sight. You cannot even tell my car was ever damaged :) & over the top, they cleaned my car for me. Highly recommend them
