Nick H. Esq. My pride and joy is my 50th birthday present, a 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie. My wife calls this vehicle my mistress because she believes I love it more than her (which, if you are reading this honey, is untrue.) It is one of those vehicles that middle-age men dote over. Every time we exit the vehicle, I remind all passengers to "watch those doors" to prevent dings and scratches. So, you can imagine my grief and dismay when an uninsured driver ran into the rear of this vehicle. After surveying the carnage, I was sure that no one could restore it to its pristine beauty. With a heavy heart, I took it to Collision Pro Express on River Rock Rd. for an estimate. Luckily, Neil was there to soothe my fears and return my car to a like new condition. Though the impeccible repair would have been sufficient to elicit my heartfelt appreciation, I was particularly impressed with the worry free customer service experience. Neil communicated directly with my insurer to make sure I received a complete and thorough repair; he communicated directly with my rental car agency to ensure that I had the car for the appropriate length of time and he gave me daily status updates to apprise me of their progress. It was an amazing repair and impressive service. I highly recommend them for your next collision repair.

Remember the days when you could find good customer service? I couldnt. And then, one day someone blew a stop sign and caused us to need the front bumper replaced on our 03 Chevy Tahoe. We took our car to Collision Pro Express. They kept us updated on the progress of our vehicle, informed us when they had to replace the part they got in for a better one, and returned our car looking great. However, that night I noticed one of our headlamps was out that wasnt before we took it in. I called them about it and was ready to put up a fight (thinking they wouldnt be too willing to replace it since Id picked the car up on a Friday, had to wait until Monday to call, and itd been a couple of days since the car was in.) To my surprise, they said to bring it right in and theyd fix it at no charge. In addition to fixing it, they told me to bring it in if the bulb ever went out again so they could continue to fix it. After asking about our kids and chatting for a bit, he shook our hands and made lifelong customers. Thank you, Collision Pro Express, for reminding me what good costumer service is like! This is my 2nd visit to this shop. The first time a deer jumped into the side of my car and Collision Pro fixed everything beautifully. This time my 2011 Chevy Avalanche "accidentally" slid into my garage door. Ive had it only 2 months and it is my baby. I stopped at another place for an estimate and they said $700 and needed the rig for 2 days! (oh - cringe!). Then on my way home I stopped at Collision Pro. Right off the bat they said maybe they could buff out the problem and would give it a try. Got it in on my time frame, they buffed it out and it cost $68. And it just took hours. They took me home and later brought me back to the shop to pick up my truck. I am a happy customer and they saved me big bucks!!! Thank you, Collision Pro.

I took my Honda Accord to Collision Pro to fix damage to the passenger-side front bumper. Matt kept me informed every step of the way, including the fact that it was taking longer than promised because a damaged part had been shipped and they had to order another one. On the day my car was due to be picked up, Matt called and said that while power washing the Honda, the guy washing it dropped the power wand on the driver side front bumper so they had to repair that damage. While Matt was upset at the delay, I kind of found it funny. I told my husband we got two fenders for the price of one!! The car looked great--actually better than when I bought it. I will not hesitate to use Collision Pro Express again. Matt was awesome!!

I can not say enough good things about Barry, Jack Randy and the crew. They are always more than professional and do an outstanding job of making you feel as though everything will be OK. They work with insurance companies and make things go smooth as the paint they put back on my vehicles. I have had more than one chance to use there shop over my 25 years in the Helena are and they seem to get better every time. My 2006 Honda look awesome and drives wonderful after my front end issues with a fence. Thank you for all that you do and I will be back if, god forbid, I should need a body shop again. Paintless Dent Repair-08 subaru imprezza 1,400 dents. From the get go I felt like I made new friends at Collision Pro , the staff was proffessional, they knew exactly what I needed, scheduled me in and in a timely manner they repaired my car. Collision pro went above and beyond also looking into other cosmetic issues with my vehicle. The receptionist also very proffessional, handled a majority of my questions and concerns about the dent repair. Not to mention Collision Pro worked hand in hand with Geico completing paper work and keeping me in the loop.
