We took our Kia Sedona in for routine oil changes and never had any issues until it was something more significant. Our timing belt broke requiring a new engine. We were quoted a price and a 5 day turn around. We agreed paid half up front. When the repairs were done, nearly 3 weeks later and approximately 30% over the estimate, the real problems began. The fuse link wire on the alternator had not been properly re-installed causing the alternator to burn out. Classic refused to acknowledge that it was their issue. When I went to install a new alternator myself, we noted that of the 12 screws that hold the 2 fans on the radiator, only four of them were in place. We ended up having so many problems, that another shop looked at the work that had been done, informed us that for the price we paid we should have gotten a new engine, not a rebuild, and that they refused to touch it because of how bad the work was that Classic had done. Finally I found an ASE certified mechanic that fixed the remaining issues to the tune of $1200 more dollars. So if all you need is an oil change, go right in. But I would suggest somewhere else for major issues and not Network Auto either down the street.

Awful AWFUL!! Do not go HERE!! I have never met such an awful business, and group of people. My car was needing a few things done. I was with the PP in thinking it was a nice mom and pop shop, I love to help a fellow local, with my business. I was quoted one price then told I needed other things, these "things" took over two months. I was told I could make payments, untill he had my car then he told me I couldnt have my car untill it was paid in full. My car was never proporly fixed we ended up cutting our losses and getting the hell out of there!! Sadly we are out $500.00 on top of the 2k we paid them because of it, as well as body damage. They are crooks and will take your money, and take advantage of good people whom they think know nothing about cars. They will improperly fix things but charge full price to do it, just so it "gets by". I will be reporting to the BBB for damn sure! Please read these reviews and listen like I wish I would have, Joe is an awful business man who hides behind his front desk help to do his dirty work. I hope this shop goes out of business REAL soon!!

I stopd at this shop asked JOE if they did welding he said yea I asked if they took all credit cards he said yea, I left came back a hr later too JOE telling me that the mufflers were different sizes and he had to use some pipe. well i go into pay and am told we dont take that credit card, So JOE says just bring me the $40 back, I got home to check the work and it was the WORST welds ive ever seen. globs of welding wire, welding wires sticking out everywhere, no penetration and leaks. and the pipe he added was 3" of scrap to add to the mess. And you could smell the wire burning every time i drove the car. So my vehicle went to my normal exhaust shop to be done correctly and for me to pay for a simple job twice. Yes i went back and paid him I have integrity unlike some, He was rude every time i saw him and its a joke that his invoices read 100% customer satisfaction, So read the reviews and go to the reputable shops with certified mechanics and employees or good reviews and references,

Went to Classic for an oil change. Advertised price is $22. At the time of payment, I was told at that there is non-advertised $2 surcharge for non-cash transaction. It was then the owner announced to me that my tail light was crushed during the oil change because "accidents happen." No apology for the damage, just a statement of fact. A replacement was ordered and after one month of staying on top of Classic; the taillight was replaced at no cost to me save the aggravation of telephoning, stopping in, and the wrong taillight being ordered. Again, I expected an apology for damaging my car and taking one month to replace the tail light but that was took much to ask of Joe. I wont be returning to Classic Automotive because they have proved themselves incompetent in handling simplest of tasks: an oil change.

Save your money!!!! Do Not ever ever ever go to this thief, liar, cheat and over pricing guy named joe. He stole my money and tried to have me spend $680 on the problem he created. I tried to help this mom and pops store but now my mission is to prevent people knowing its existence. I should have read the comments before I went there thats my problem. But he stole from the wrong person, 1 too many times. The only way to fix a car at this place is prayer. I pray for Joe and his workers cause it is truly heartless what they are doing to people. I ended up getting my car fix for 30 dollars and the mechanic told me the Flush I paid for was never done, they just added air in my lines causing my car to over heat instantly. Please save your money your time and your regrets.

Went in for an oil change, only because its close to home. My wife had also come here 3 times for an oil change, but each time the price was vastly different....$30, $45, then $75. After my oil change, he proceeds to tell me that I need rear brakes and a new drive belt. Luckily, I went somewhere else for a second opinion. Rear brakes have about 10k miles left on them, and my drivebelt isnt even close to wearing out. I like the idea of a "mom and pop" place, but this guy is pricy and dishonest. Its time to clear out the slime around Ocotillo and Ellsworth.

Joe will rip you off if you let him!!! He gave me an estimate of over $1000 to replace the bushings that he said were causing the car to shake when stopping. He guaranteed this was the problem. We agreed on a payment plan and when the parts came in 3 days later he said he could not take payments and needed the money up front. I picked the car up and took it to another shop who informed me that the bushings were fine and the rotors that I had just had turned at OReilly were the problem. They replaced them for $215 and the problem was fixed.

Took my truck to this shop and was quoted roughly $400 for repairs. After having it for 2 weeks, with no call saying it was finished I called to check in. Total repairs were over $800.00!! And the initial problem not even considered. All for a check engine light! Which is still on. He then informed us it was prolly the gas cap, so we replaced it. Still no change. Now my instrument panel works intermittently, my truck hesitates, 4 wheel drive blinks constantly. $ 90.00 per hr for american vehicles $150 for foreign?? WTF? never again!

Terrible auto shop, took car in to get an oil change, they said I needed to change my belts and tie rods. After they finished They said my tires were unbalanced so I needed to get my tires balanced. Took it down the st to have tire discount look at them and they told me the tie rod wasnt even tight. I took it back to his shop and they told me I was wrong, until I had the guy from the tire place call them and tell them what he saw. These guys are monkeys and dont know what they are doing. They shouldnt be working on cars
