Terrible customer service. Request service, selected 3 times per the website, they call me later to schedule an appointment since I didnt select one and days later from when I originally selected. Then my wife sat home all day waiting for them to install, the installer was nice enough to drive by and that was it. He never called from a private number as they stated, nor come to the door. All that customer service wanted to say was he came by and that I or my family wasnt home. A call center supervisor and the Safford location manager were suppose to call and never did. Pathetic customer service and follow up. It has been 20 days and nothing yet.

The employees here are horrible. They told me I couldnt get service at my address. After a week of looking for other Internet services I hear my neighbor uses cable one so I go back. Finally they get a technician to go out there and he says they do service my address. Idiots wasted my time. Also Ive gotten service here 4 Seperate occasions and they always have different deals and claim what I had before never existed. Theyre dumb as rocks. I had 50 mbps with a student discount, came back a year later and they said they never had a student discount or 50 mbps and acted like I was stupid. Terrible terrible service.

Ive also had a horrible experience with Cable One. I scheduled service and set an appointment over the Internet for today actually! I sat here and waited 4 half hours and finally called the customer-service number. I was told that the tech called my wife at 806 with no answer , so they Canceled the installation. I checked my wifes phone with no missed calls at 8:06. At the time of requesting service I gave them 2 phone numbers to call. I never received a call. I guess Ill stick with the provider I already have.Extremely frustrating!!!! I hope you readers find this helpful..

I dont even know why they have a customer service location anymore because you cant even really pay your bill there if youre using cash. They want you to either pay it with a debit or credit card or go to go to Walmart and use their money center bill pay option which also charges a fee. Cable ONE should also really work on their website and make it more user-friendly where account owners can change information, change programming, Internet packages and upgrade or add other services. The current website is a pain to use and makes things confusing.

The service itself is great when it is working. There is often what seems to be a communication problem between the service line, the local office, and the technicians. The technicians however are always very helpful when they show. The requirement to set an appointment and ensure sure you answer the phone to confirm on multiple occasions however is taxing.
