The list of grievances towards Comcast is too long to list here, but heres the top 3: 1. They created double accounts for the same address, when I moved from an apartment to a house. I received two identical bills in the mail for the same service, but with different account numbers. Only one bill posted online. I called several times and they never resolved the issue, until a collections agency started calling me threatening to damage my credit score, since I never paid the second bill. 2. Consistently provides under preforming internet and there is an outage at least once a month. 3. The automatic bill pay feature never worked. I had called the customer service representative to report the issue, but they said it takes 2-3 billing cycles for the automatic bill pay to initiate. So basically, I checked the box for auto-pay and then every month I double checked to see if auto-pay worked. Never did, and one time I forgot to check the bill and they charged a late fee.

$1,400.00 a year deserves decent customer service. I have NEVER come across such a convoluted, unfriendly phone menu in my 47 years of business. It is IMPOSSIBLE to talk to anyone in the United States. The offshore reps in the Philippines are rude, unhelpful and outright refuse to connect to a U.S. Agent. I spent 45 minutes trying to connect to someone in the States to no avail! Do I need Comcast service that bad? Absolutely not! I have paid Comcast over $200 a month for 5 years for phone, cable and Internet, so I do know what I am talking about. I am NOT interested in talking to a computer!!! I live within an hour of the Comcast corporate office. If this rating could be "0", I would have given that instead of a one.

I cant stand Comcast at all. Since the first month I had them my bill has never matched what I had been previously told on the phone from a representative. Every time I called, the response I got was "oh sure well go ahead and fix that for you" The next month would come around and it would be even more than what I was originally quoted. Absolutely ridiculous. After 4 months of this I finally cancelled my service and received a $400 bill from them. The only thing that Comcast did right was take care of my final bill and just charged me my final month. Unbelievably horrible service from both the customer service side and tech support.

Had me sign a 3 year contract, promised no problem if I moved to Europe I just had to prove I moved. Now they wont end my contract for 60 days and they want $1650 until I provide a new address in Europe. I am selling my house, leaving my address July 29 and I will have a new apartment contract in Europe in September. meanwhile the bills mount. I have proof Im going to school in Europe (letter of acceptance.) I have my expensive plane tickets. I have sale of my house proof, no I have to agree I owe $1650 in writing or they wont let me end my service agreement. This is the most unreasonable company in existence. Dont use them.

Absolutely awful service - havent turned up for appointments (then told me they had), promised to have someone out the next day (then been told by the next person I call to see where the tech is that they never made that promise). I really, really, really cant overstate how shocking the service has been. Ive spent several hours on the phone (and been hung up on when I asked to speak to a supervisor) Puhleeeease pick a different supplier if you can

This is for Nate a security guard. He was so accommodating and understanding when I came to deliver catering to a customer. I had a low blood sugar and he actually ran to get me some MMs. He checked up on me a few times before I left. I greatly appreciate this and just wanted to shout out a rare gem of a human. Thank you!

moved and have been billed for a couple years but the bill was not being sent to email or paper, now they wont credit my account even though the account should have been canceled years ago and they never did. Criminal in my opinion and unethical to the highest degree. wish there a zero stars

These people suck you in with these low cost bundles, that just happen to go up every month for some reason or another. Then they get you with the "over data usage". Noone should have a friggin $500 cable bill. This has to be illegal, because what they are doing in this company is criminal!

This is not a service center; you cannot pay bills or make changes to your account here. Comcast users cannot enter this building. It is for Comcast tv employees only. That being said, the security guard was helpful in directing me to a service center.

I really wish the alternatives were better.... When it works it is fine but customer service is really bad. Often dont know solutions, billing is always a mess.... Quick to bill you wrong and SLOW to fix it. Wish I had Google Fiber instead!

after 20 minutes on hold I was hung up on. Im very irritated and frustrated with having to waste 20 minutes on hold only to have someone hang up on me so I have to call back. Comcast does NOT treat customers with respect
