You do not want Charter. I currently have 1/6th of my advertised speed. In 2017 this allows the consumer to do very little with their purchased service. Once or twice a month, for the past 2 years, I have called Charter in an unsuccessful attempt to fix my internet. Their support team refuses to acknowledge the issue at hand, saying "Everything is fine on our end" while it is clearly not. Ive had around a dozen technicians come out, and you guess it, "Everything is fine." My bill was recently bumped up an extra $25 and it is definitely not worth it to keep paying this corrupt company for their poor, substandard "internet".

I dont usually write reviews to complain, but never before have I felt so shafted by an company. Was with Century Link the past two years and had Charter when I lived in another state for 3, and I only experienced a few drops and bad connections with them during that time. Moved into a new apartment with this brand of Charter and Im lucky to get 1-2 mbs and a solid connection even at the best of times. Roommate refuses to change providers, so gg Charter, you win this time. Unless you want to be like me and be had monthly at the low low price of 60$, take your service elsewhere.

BE POLITE WHEN YOU COME TO PEOPLES HOMES!! SOOOOO UNCOMFORTABLE. When you come to someones home. Say "hello" first of all. Dont just stare. Incredibly awkward. "Hello" should be a minimum I dont expect or want a full conversation but seriously? Smiling too would be nice customer service when youre coming into MY HOME. I think the standard generic "hello, how are you?" should be mandatory. Not too difficult. If we need another tech coming out, my husband can deal with it. I dont want to experience that again. In a word it was rude.

Paying 60 dollars a month for absolutely TERRIBLE internet. We have a 140 dollar router with more than enough bandwidth, and even when using only one thing taking up internet it still lags! The ONLY reason we still have this horrible service is because everything else comparable is too expensive here. Customer service says the same damn thing every time you talk to em. Very nice but never helps. Really wish they would read this and actually go to some length to fix this. Sick of paying a ton for terrible internet

No way to reach this store directly but you get passed along to a long wait and voice activated nonsense from Charter. We had charter internet installed in July and in mid-October we still have a cable running across our yard with no responses to our calls for final installation. 4th call finally yielded a tracking number and hopefully a call back from a dispatch person to set up another installation appt.

Ben, a technician was very helpful in describing what caused our cable service to quit on us. We share a downstairs with separate tenants upstairs who have their own charter service. The technician that hooked up the upstairs service very well did not know that there was a separate service downstairs in turn affecting our cable. Ben determined the problem quite promptly and fixed our service.

They keep on giving me broken cable boxes. Every couple months I have to bring a cable box back in to be replaced and I have even had the new cable boxes not work right out of the box. They always seem to have there system down at the store so they cant do anything for you. Service is terrible, the only reason they are still in business is because of lack of competition.

Just moved to Bozeman 2 days before christmas, whole family is is town. Guy comes out to install everything and proceeds to say he cant do anything and just left all the equipment without any service. Called corporate and they werent happy with how it was delt with. Still no service and no call from the Bozeman store. Its sad how unprofessional this store is.

They provide an absolutely abysmal service, its slow, goes down upwards of five times a day, and no matter how many technicians you call or get help from it will never be resolved. The only reason they still exist up here is because they have a monopoly on the isp industry in Montana. Its just terrible.

Price Increases again, BAM! Internet speeds drop. Cant imagine how bad itd be if I had a roommate. If only I lived somewhere else and had options (This has nothing to do with any of the employees. If this was about them theyd get 5 stars easy. Its the company they work for that is awful).

By far the worst company Ive ever dealt with. Prepare to have a constant barrage of solicitation trying to get you to upgrade. Not to mention the horrific customer service and the useless online account. I wish I could give negative stars. If possible, I urge you to go to another service.

Just had a tech run a line through my yard, without my permission, so my neighbors could have internet. Oh but Im not supposed to worry, they will come dig up my yard to bury the cable in 2 weeks!! Unprofessional!

When you go in, theyre always really helpful. They call all the time about updates and send promotion mail every other week. Their interment cant even keep up with Netflix sometimes. Ridiculous.
