Avoid Clear Satellite at all costs, or they will screw you over!!! I was told by a "Clear Satellite" door to door saleman, selling Directv services, that I was able to get my service for 25$ because I had an AT&T phone number. I told him the phone was NOT in my name and he said it didnt matter. After I received my 1st bill Im being charged 50$ instead of the promised price. Now AT&T and Directv are both telling me its not their fault because the door to door salesmen are subcontracted out. They keep telling me I need to contact the other company. Neither company is taking responsibility or honoring my promised amount of 25$. They are both telling me if I cancel my service, I will have to pay an almost 500$ penalty fee because Im locked into a contract. A contract I agreed to based on the salesman telling me he guaranteed I was able to get the service for 25$ a month. He even used his cell phone to login to a site, supposedly, and verified I qualified. Apparently that was a lie. This is apparently the America we live in now, where nobody wants to take responsibility for anything. Do NOT sign up for AT&T or Directv since they have subcontracted salesmen lying just to get sales!!! Avoid Clear Satellite at all costs, or they will screw you over!!!

This Company is the fakest business Ive ever heard of. I worked here for a couple months, they have so many fraudulent accounts. Their reps are completely scamming customers. They promise them all these bundles for a certain price when there is no such thing. Alex Amini & Alex Richards are the worst. Clear Satellite CANNOT make promotions for DTV, they cant even touch your DTV bill. They will leave you stuck in a 2 year contract with DTV Service when they completely lied to you about what youre getting. Management is a joke. All the managers and supervisors are teenagers. They dont care for customers whatsoever. Working there was so uncomfortable. The managers little sister Amber would always say racial slurs on Mexicans and African Americans. Their assistant manager Tanner would harass workers and cause uncomfort in the work area. Id see coworkers get write ups and yelled at and humiliated in front of everyone. This company is horrible, beware.

If there were negative stars, that would be my rating. I was so excited at first to get this service but I was promised that they would take care of my previous bill through DISH if I switched to them. Its been 2 months and I have been on the phone multiple times with no answers. They said as a company they do not pay the previous satellite providers, but that the rep that sold you the service sometimes will do that. So they have been trying to get a hold of the rep with no response. And since I do not have any WRITTEN proof, there is nothing they can do. I told them at the beginning that I had one more month left with DISH and that I wanted to wait until I was done, but they insisted that they would cover those costs and told me to call them once I got the bill. NOT TRUE. Now I am stuck with the bill when I could have just waited and been fine. TOTAL BULL$#@#.

DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR PLOY!!! I signed up yesterday. Read the fine print, I have 3 business days to cancel, and will be doing so. I just got off the phone with Dish, Jacob Shreeve told me that Dish and Direct are both owned by the same family. FALSE!!! He also told me I would be able to get out of early termination charges with Dish. FALSE! I called Dish today and was actually transferred to the fraud department! Unethical business practices! Do not fall for it! I have an appointment tomorrow to have equipment changed out. This WILL NOT BE HAPPENING! I read the fine print, thank goodness. If cancelled in 3 business days I owe nothing! Horrible company! I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB!

If I could I would post a huge negative..for over a year I kept record of all my phone calls, totalling six pages, to the sales rep Jacob Shreeve, and several associates and supervisors. Letters to the President did not help either. I was promised that they would refund the $240 that Dish charged for early cancellation. It never happened and I have finally given up. Just what they planned. Their people have no qualms living with their objective of sales without service? I cancelled Direct TV of course and do not have Dish service either. Their rep is no longer allowed in our Yuma Arizona park since another resident had issues also. I am very sorry that I fell for the sales pitch, obviously.

Cant say enough about Jordan Oakes from Clear Satellite! We were a tad skeptical when a sales manager came to our door and promised us the deal of the century to switch from U-Verse to Directv -but WOW did he come through for us. Not only did our install go off without a hitch, but Jordan spent a ton of time dealing with AT&T so we did not have to and cut our cell/internet/tv bill by 33%! He ensured we received the best deal possible without the stress of calling customer service, waiting on hold, and trying to get through computer systems to actual people - just amazing! Above and beyond in my opinion. Thank you Jordan Oakes!

Absolutely THE WORST company EVER!!!!! They lie through their teeth and when you call and try to get things corrected they wont help and blame the customer for their mistakes. Because of them they have made it so we have paid an extra $310 more than what we were told. Camden and Kevin were our representatives and when they owed us money we could no longer get ahold of them. DO NOT go through them for any satellite services or AT&T. We have been so unhappy since we switched over with their company and its been a nightmare of an experince.

clear is honestly the best company to work at ive never had a job where i can come in to work and feel an instant joy of seeing all my amazing managers and supervisors. the atmosphere is so friendly and vibrant i literally cant with how big my smile gets when i walk through the doors. i could be having the worst day of my life and the managers the supervisors the team leads and my whole department always find a way to turn my frown upside down. i absolutely love this job. <3 amber is such a great trainer <3

Bryce Baker made Direct tv sound great. He told me to keep my Charter internet and that he could get that bill down to $40 a month. He also told me I would get a referral credit. After the sale was made and installation was done he has not returned any of my calls or text messages. None of his promises were kept and Direct Tv can not do anything to help. I will be contacting Clear Satellite (again) to see what can be done. I would never recommend them to anyone. Charter has better customer service by far.

The worst company ever. Stay away from them I was offered certain package deals and nothing they said I would get and agreed to,is what I got. I sent screen shots of messages of what i ordered and agreed to.have been trying to straighten out problems for 1 week now. Stay away from this company I will never recommend them to anyone..especially this guy Alex who sold me package.
