After been a costumer for more than a 4 years I finally got the opportunity to find out. How this company really treat their clients. I moved to a different location in Utah and I find out right at the end that there was no service of CenturyLink at this new address. I took my time to contact the company about this situation so I can cancel the services with no extra charges. I provided all my information to this company in case of any problems all my e-mails and personal cell phone number. So they told me that they will prorate the last bill and they will send me a final bill. Instead I just received a e-mail notified the cancellation of the service and nothing else. No more e-mails, mails or calls from CenturyLink. Remember they have all my information that I provided! So in august of 2017 its been a whole year since the last communication from CenturyLink. I just received a communication from debt collector company saying that I owe money in behalf of Centurylink. .What? So I called Centurylink to find out about this and there only answer is that they send a final bill by mail. Which by the way I never received because they have a wrong mailing address. And since they dont care about this customer anyway they just sold it to a collection company without even try to contact me by e-mail of my cell phone. Not even when I called I pointed at them that a loyal customer for more than 4 years shouldnt been treated like that. Centurylink dont care about their customers!

I signed a 2 year contract with them for $35. Its only been a year and all over this past year Ive gotten so many extra charges that I was not initially inform about, I was so upset with this charges that I inquire about canceling my contract. I was told the contract was for two years and I was going to have to pay for each month left on that year. Today I got an extra charge for $46.89 and I was told it was because my contract was over and I was getting extra charged for days that were not on my year? Like really Century Link?? Dont get a contract with them. If at least the service was good enough for one to deal with their extra charges, but it really isnt. Theres only 2 people at my home and whenever we try streaming a movie or playing online, theres always interruptions. DO NOT SIGN WITH THEM.

Worst experience with an ISP so far. My tech was going to come from "8am to 5pm" and I called for around when he was going to come, and the customer support agent said in the afternoon around 4. I left to run errands at 9 and came back with a note on the door that said he came by already at 9:30 and I have to reschedule. I already have a modem, the phone lines were already wired for centurylink and I have a flashing green dsl light. However I cant connect at all. I rescheduled for Nov 29th but I have to return to my work from home job on the 28th. All because I was required to wait at home from 8am to 5pm. Its unacceptable that everything is hooked up but I need a tech to come out to push the "order complete" button so the system connects my service.

Legalized theft! If I could give 0 stars that would be too generous! After being a customer for 7 years, was told that we were in a contract for a $9.05 a month discount for two years??? And they would under no circumstance give a discount on this cancellation fee... $200 ... REALLY? Terrible customer service or customer loyalty programs! Their service is slow, dated, and unreliable! This company WILL and DOES sneak in extra fees and changes pay pack agaves EVERY 3-6 months... No notice! Just your bill sneaks up $15-20. My advice is ANY other service, and ... I propose as consumers LETS PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS!

I would give it 0 stars if possible. Upon recieving an overcharge on a bill, my wife called the customer service and they were of no help at all. They wouldnt fix the mistake and since its in a contract that cost money to cancel, its as if theyre just stealing money. They were so uncooperative about it that it made her cry in frustration. I recommend that no one to ever buy anything from this company unless you hate yourself. Centurylink, you guys make me sick. - RZ

I like century links internet speed, but when I ordered my internet they said they couldnt do it do I called a few days later and finally ordered it. A week later and they still havent delivered it. I called and they told me they had no record of my order. I am really mad because I paid the for everything already and the deposit. I hope I can get some help because I would really like century link services. Or I will just switch to Xfinity services

Quite possibly the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They dont give a flying f*** about their customers. Their only objective as far as I can tell is getting money and making internet a complete hassle. This should be a simple task. Yet luckily for them, it seems like they can somehow keep billing me more for I dont know what. They continuously make me regret why I ever went with them. 0 out of 5 stars.

Just called customer service this morning and they immediately answered the phone with no waiting. Promptly answered my questions and I was done. I would have given five stars if their new service setup info wouldve been more complete so I wouldnt have to call at all.

These guys understand customer service! I am always treated respectfully and helped efficiently. These people know their product and if the representative I get cant help me, they are good about redirecting my call to the right department.

CenturyLink has the worst possible customer service. At no point in my life have I been hung up on by a company. Rude, short and then hung up on top of it. This is leaving out the part about their horrible service but there is that too.
