Ok. Every night my internet goes off at midnight and comes on at 8. Hmmm...Im going to be looking for a service provider soon. Tired of cable and internet cut off every night. Yes, cut off probably at their office. Its funny how every night box cannot sync. Screw this crap. I even asked when I signed up about speeds. .6 mbps has been my download speeds. Utter crap as my xbox one needs more bandwidth to run smooth and oh, it becomes useless if not connected to the internet. Tried calling after hours and imagine that, voicemail. Go with time Warner or century link. Hmm cant get on their website either....I wonder why....did I mention isp internet throttling is illegal under neutrality law? Hmmm... Update its they have fixed the on and off thingy at night. No explanation on what went wrong. But that part is fixed. However, I an getting .6 of a meg supposedly is what all of my devices are clocking my internet speed at....really???? It barely runs my xboxone as I repeatedly get bumped off servers and forget multi player fps...nut gonna happen... Im going to be calling them again...

Im completely unsatisfied with this crappy service. Have had the service since early September, and its a completely mess. It always quit working. Kids cant do homework most of the times. call many times to the office, and no help. call to the technical support and they dont assist. They keep telling, they will notify to the superiors. Today they were supposed to come and check the problem and they never showed. O and cable Tv is horrendous. Most of the channel look foggy or blurry. Does any body knows if there is other provider in chaparral nm?

Horrible service, they made me wait three days to fix my internet. Customer service was no better, they did not resolve the issue they would just keep telling me they would send someone in 15 minutes and I waited 2 days and no one showed up. Definitely dont waste your time and money with this company. I would recommend you try southwest internet services. Theyre from El Paso and you never lose connection.

Do not buy this internet, complete scam for military personnel at camp mcgregor. Extremely expensive for the horrendously slow internet where it takes five min just to load a page. Also if you buy the one month package its only 28 days not 30-31. (They do not tell you this before purchase) do not waste your money or give these guys your business

their "chaparral wireless" service on ft bliss is nowhere near fast enough to support all the people that they have to know use their service. at peak times it is literally unusable. wish 0 stars was an option for this business.
