It was a 30 minute wait to set up internet with a employee that was condescending. Prices are not fixed and can be adjusted by WIDE margins no matter what the website or retail employee says. The fact you charge me $20 for a self install is ridiculous because the cable was NEVER PHYSICALLY DISCONNECTED from the last tenant, I plugged the modem in and boom its on when you said matter of fact that Im charged the fee for the tech to drive there and reconnect me "tomorrow by 7 pm". It was never disconnected but you are keeping my $20 "self install fee" ... $20 for me to plug in the modem Im paying you $10/month for. "Market driven prices" means Tucson residents are paying $20+ more per month than other customers for the same service in less populated areas, Tucson residents should push the AG to look into them for price fixing.

Even though its been super busy each time Ive gone, its pretty quick-moving so Ive never had to wait more than 10-15 mins to be helped. The staff is very friendly and are happy to answer any questions you have about anything. The only thing I want to add is that you have to sign in on the tablet thats right up front to get your name on the queue. Its not as obvious as it could be, I wish they would make it a little higher up or put it on a more noticable podium thing, as I always see a few people waiting and waiting because they didnt sign in - most times a staff member will catch it because they greet you, but they dont always ask you to sign up when they greet you and theyre busy so they dont always catch it if you dont.

Worst experience ever! I thought Xfinity was bad, Cox managed to make them look like a much better option. The guy at the Broadway location who helped me had no idea what he was doing, offered me channels I had no need for, pushed the home security system feature on me, and gave me a Contour TV box that had no capacity to record, despite being told I was going to get a 6 channel DVR. When I called corporate, the gentleman informed me I was being billed for a 2 channel DVR, and stated the order was a “mess”. Thank goodness for Leon, the remote technician who helped straigten out the “mess”. If Cox did not have the fastest wifi speed in the area, I would have def taken my business elsewhere.

Twenty minute wait for service, this after already visiting another COX store fifteen miles away to return equipment that could not process any financial issues. We were told we had a refund by COX, a month later I called COX only to find out theyd never issued one. That has since been rectified, we hope. We were not happy with COX internet service by any means, and have since gone to another provider with no issues thus far. COX service was sporadic at best seeming to fail on Fridays, eventually Saturdays, Sundays and then mid-week.

Cox is totally screwed up. People who live at Broadway Proper Retirement Community call the number on the screen for help. The either know nothing about this place because they are in Houston. OR the serial number they put on the mini box does not have enough letters and numbers. Now whose fault is that? Need to complain to the City of Tucson Cable Administrator. Cox = STUPID. PLAIN. SIMPLE.

The most unprofessional place Ive ever been to... The hours on the door says they open at 10 but they had about 11 people waiting outside in the Tucson heat til 10:10. When asked about it the lady with the childlike ponytails blames her Co workers... I hate Cox cable and I will never ever use this service again. I just came to turn in my stuff.. Despicable service too

Okay besides the ridiculous waits Ive had Ive only had 1 good experience here. Nobody is ever on the same page and earlier today the man that helped me was extremely rude and seemed annoyed by my questions. If I could get internet somewhere else in my location I would. This place has ripped me off and never apologized for their wrong doings.

Poor service waited all day for them to send a tech and never showed never called to let us know they werent coming even after they said no later than 7 and i will have my internet working. Now i have to wait till monday when i shouldnt have to wait 2 extra days when i have paid already for my service .

I have had cox for years. Went in to add TV services and sold something we didnt want because they didnt have packages other than their promotional bundles. Called customer service instead and they were able to change the plan to get us all the services we asked for at a reasonable price!

Didnt have a problem with the store it self just people at costumer service, they dont care about the costumer being happy with the service at all. Im trying to find a good internet provider as soon as possible. When I do I will never deal with Cox again.

Needed to return a minibox ordered in error. My fault. Their fault...2 ladies holding thedoor open..2 people working the counter, 3 customers in store, 20 to 30 minute wait. Need less people openning doors and more people working.

Worst customer service ever. Will tell you one thing then charge you a bunch and when you call then say that they dont offer what they initially promised. Took me three times calling over 3 months for it to finally be resolved.
