The service I received today was horrible...I was in line to return my equipment...there were two Time Warner representatives, the one that took the equipment from me was Victor..he was helping a lady and it was obvious he as flirting with her. That was not the issue if thats how he gets dates more power to him. When it becomes a problem is when its affects the customers. The other woman that was there took care of the majority of customers while he flirted, after he finished giving her his phone number for any questions he walked away and went to the back of the office. After about 10min he came back. I gave him the equipment, he scanned the boxes, printed a receipt and without a word took his copy and left mine on the counter. Obviously I stayed standing there waiting for him to tell me what was next and with the rudest tone he could use he asked of there was something elses. I looked at him and asked is that it, his reply was yeah (how can you expect someone to know your finished when you dont say a damn word) His lack of professionalism was obvious maybe if I would have been an attractive woman I would have received the same attention as the previous lady...Im glad Im done with Time Warner !!!

Im not going to lie I have a very good Internet and phone service i never have problems connecting to WiFi or calling someone so much better than atnt but the costumer service by phone or in offices it sucks. I was paying 124 dollars for Internet and phone because they keep adding extra charges then I called them and they gave me a discount reducing my bill to 70 dollars for a year but I have to get the equipment first. She said I had 14 days to get the new equipment but I work all week and go to school so I went 10 days after calling them. When I came to the office a women told me that my discount end 5 days ago and that she couldnt do anything to get it back. She offered me a new discount but now I had to pay 90 dollar for a year instead of 70 for a year. I think they are messing around with people to get more money, that is sad.

Was promised a service today between 8am to 12pm. They never came. I call them to see what the situation was only to be told that they will call us in 24 hours before the installation to schedule a time (which can be any day they deem fit). What was the purpose of setting up the installation then? The representative I spoke with PROMISED the installation today. So, what makes them think I will adhere to their schedule? I have things to do as well. This is not how good business works, this is lazy and unproductive business. My family have been valued customers with them for decades and I wanted to give them a chance and see their worth. Now I feel let down and more frustrated than ever...keep your word TWC, it can go a long way.

I had the lowest price on my basic internet service when Time Warner was in town. Then service went out completely when Spectrum came. Price went up and customer service is lousy! Technicians did not fix my issue. Why is El Paso in the Spectrum/Time Warner monopoly? We need better internet service providers! Check this out I went to this office for a new modem, the guy at the desk did not activate it so I had to drive all the way back. He argues with me that he was not at fault and I had to escalate the issue to another rep. The new Spectrum name has caused some serious issues with the customer service. They know theyre the only internet option we have so they dont care how they treat us. SMH!

Time Warner has been the worst service I have ever received. I am being transferred back and forth trying to get a bill squared away when my service should have been disconnected since Aug 5, 2016 (which I called to disconnect) because service sucks. I also returned my modem to this particular location and it is not showing on my account as turned in. Now because of their negligence and not doing what they are suppose to when you call in, I have been on the phone for the past 2 hours getting transferred back and forth because apparently noone can do anything....... Wow, this is ridiculous. Now I am being billed for 485.23 for services I have not even used or received....

Worst cable WIFI COMPANY EVER.They refuse to replace equipment.They have never checked in at home not once in our multiple calls to them.For first 5 monthes they had OUR acct attached to someone elses homephone. Have been on phone with them for two hours.They refuse to check modem except on phone.Nor have we ever had access to our TWC EMAIL ACCTS.and NOT ONCE HAVE THEY OFFERED A COMPENSATION.well except a free pay channel that has NOTHING TO WATCH. THE TECHNITION I TALK TO NAME WAS KWAI AND HES SAYING ONLY WAY THEY WILL COME IS 100$ FEE...RUN FROM TIME WERNER AS FAR AS YOU CAN.

If I hadnt experienced it myself I wouldnt believe it. Scheduled a tech since Ive had ongoing connection issues on n off. No tech showed up. Then the automatic machine called me back telling me to reschedule. Time warner sucks in El Paso. I only got it because my husband used to have it in central Texas where its better. Then when you call with issues Indians in god knows where answer your phone calls. Yeah Im sure their real sympathetic to my issues. Save your money get a better provider elsewhere time warner on the Far East sucks!

Ive been trying to get a stable price on my internet and tv. The rep told me if I changed tv plans, I could get a third receiver, and pay less than I was which was $185.. new bill .... $220 and I lost channels and while home dvr. Im gonna turn in all three receivers, and just use my kodi boxes and PlayStation vue. Ridiculous how much its gone up with spectrum

Over charge all the time, I constantly have to go dispute over charges which is inconvenient and stressful. Went back in February to disconnect my phone only to find out they never did so I was being charged and extra 30$ per month until May making me fall behind on payments, just overall awful service. Id give 0 Stars if possible

They have a young lady that is the has the worst customer service. She really needs to be better trained and learn how to talk to people. She is very rude and she looks n sounds like she is annoyed to be there and to help out the customers.

Set up appointment 6 days in advance. 2 hours before appointment I received notification that technician would be there next day. When I called, the next available appointment was 11 days later. Pathetic.

We like our internet service. Its not the best but it works. Its kind of pricey, but its no contract. The one thing that bothers me, is that they have very bad customer service.
