I moved to Scottsdale from Chicago in March 2014, and needed two seperate units to store my personal and professional items. Having used several storage facilities throughout my life, I am thankful to have come across Storage Now and the great experience they have given me. The staff and facility manager Heather are nothing short of amazing. Heather is always friendly and in a positive mood, she is never too busy to assist you with questions or concerns, and most of all she takes pride in what she does every day. Beyond the great customer service, the facility is extremely clean, plenty of parking available to load and unload, units are well protected in both the temperature controlled and regular units, and its located not far from the 101 which makes it convenient for me to jump on and off the highway. The only negative is that Storage Now is not open 24 hours a day, but beyond that, I would recommend going to Storage Now before any other local storage facility. I remain a loyal customer in 2015.

Clean, well maintained, cool inside, good location. Ive been storing here for years and the staff has always been very knowledgeable,friendly and professional. Current manager Serena is always friendly and ready to help, even if its to lend an ear! Not to mention, she knows her stuff! Former manager Heather was the same. They offer perks too, such as on site shred- a -thons to protect privacy, and different discounts every so often. The location on Mcdonald in Scottsdale is a quiet, undisturbed neighborhood. There are no outdoor units. Its all indoor away from the heat. If you need a place to keep your property, stop by & check out Storage Now. You wont be disappointed.

I am a repeat customer having used the facility for my storage needs on several occasions, most recently yesterday. Heather is a great manager and always is ready to work with you to meet your storage needs but never oversells or suggests anything other than what is needed. This facility is usually 98% full or more, so if you know you need storage, better call early. The facility itself is clean, light and cool with plenty of carts and easy of entry. Aaron, the assistant manager, is also helpful and both of them are knowledgeable. I have never had any issues storing anything of value at this property and I couldnt imagine going anywhere else.

Oh my goodness. I CANNOT believe this place. I HADNT been here I years. I came to pick up something for a friend and out of the blue I met one of the most wonderful people in my life. Serina the Property manager made my day..week.. month? SHES ONE OF THE MOST GRACIOUS..kind ..helpful people. She went out of way to help me. SERINA is professional..an asset to this company I HIGHLY Recommend Storage Now especially if they have employees like Serina.

Heather is the perfect person to run Storage Now. She has the eye to look at what one has and know exactly what size storage unit is required. She is amazing and the staff is great. Im so pleased with the way its run, I have two storage units. I would recommend Storage Now to anyone. Its a well maintained and run facility!

We love this place!!! We had other storage places in the past, but this ones perfect for us. We have 2 storage units here for over 2 years now, and will continue to store at Storage Now! They keep it very clean and the people who work are just wonderful people who greet and treat us like family when we come to our units.

Moving out of the country is very stressful. Leaving everything in storage was terrifying for me until I met Heather. I know that everything is safe and secure and each door has its own sensor so they know if its been opened. The staff has been wonderful and has helped me from 7,000 miles away!

If you want to be insulted this is the place to go! Both husband and wife, Megan thats M E spells Me and pronounced "Me gan"", are RUDE to you. Went to a different storage company where theyre ALOT MORE FRIENDLY. I hope Megan owns the place so she can act anyway she wants.

This storage facility has exactly what we are looking for. The sheds are spacious and the rates are affordable. The location is conveniently located, next to the freeway. The place is clean and the worker onsite, Serena was very knowledgeable and patient.

Serina got me a great storage unit conveniently located at a great price all in under fifteen minutes. This is the second time I have used Storage Now and its because of the great service that Serina gave and its a great storage facility!
