Savannah I watched your facility being built over several months. My wife and I rode our bikes by it several times, measured the unit I had my eye on for my boat and other RVs, and then held my breath when I came in. I talked with you, came to an agreement of the terms and began moving in. To my surprise, your maintenance man actually offered to help me unload a couple of jet skis into the unit while I was there figuring out a way. I didn’t take him up on his offer just because I am stubborn, but was moved by his offer. Seriously, that was impressive. During a very heavy rainfall I went into the unit to see just how water tight the unit is and was pleasantly surprised. Not a drop of water inside. One day I was unable to get the gate open on a weekend and while at the gate controls one of your assistants literally ran out and solved the problem. That is just the kind of service I was looking for when I searched to store my valuables. Thank you for your facility, your service and your bubbly personality. Don, the most satisfied customer

I went in and signed to reserve a large unit. I came back the next day with a trailer full of furniture and movers and was told they gave my unit away. I was panicked as I only had the weekend before I had to be out of my home. The owner said I could pay for a smaller unit and receive an 8x10 for free. He called 3 weeks later actally whining on the phone very unprofessionally" its not fair " that he allow me to use that unit for free (the offer he gave me because he gave my unit I signed for away). He then said I would be charged for the second unit or was welcome to leave (even though all my stuff was in the units) so I had to pay the extra money for their mistake and they put in a position where I had no choice. I would give 0 stars if possible. Please do not trust this storage facility. They do not respect the importance of storing peoples belongings.

Thinks Storage is an amazing company – in todays world of get down and dirty, cheap-cheap-cheap here is a company that is a stand out premier storage company offering a great price range, A wide range of options in size of storage units, plus RV parking. I have been with Think Storage for a number of years - I wouldnt think of changing at any price. Wonderful owners, management, and staff always cleaning and making sure that the grounds and facilities are all in a-one shape,; clean of debris or anything unsightly. Their maintenance program is top notch from resurfacing the asphalt to replacing or upgrading security and lighting. Its been a delight to be a customer of Think Storage - I give them 5-Stars, A-plus. CKL

Worst storage company. Auto pay is an absolute joke they have had problems with there system having glitches and ends up being late, so you get charged a $20 late fee and they dont refund the late fees. Also I had two units. I removed my stuff from one they charged me $15 fee, cause they had to sweep it out, but they had new construction in there facility which covered all our things in an 1" of dust. Also at the time they had frozen mud we had to scrape 20 min to get the door open, and so much dust in our locks it took forever to get them to work. NO APOLOGIES JUST MORE CHARGES.

Ive been a customer for a long time. For the first few years after they opened the staff was very helpful and friendly. However as the units have been rented and they have come close to being full, they have changed staff and policies. It is a very different place/experience now. If you look at all of the positive reviews, they are 4 or 5 years old. Also with the new construction of more units and construction around the facility it has created a lot of dust. Even with inside units, all of my units have a significant layer of dust inside them.

I had a moving emergency and Think storage came through for me. The facility is open and clean. I felt that my possessions were safe and secure at Think storage. Every interaction with the staff was pleasant, I actually felt that they cared about the well-being of my items. The unit prices are moderate, but I believe you get what you pay for and I was 100% satisfied with my experience. I highly recommend Think storage for anyone.

Place is clean and has nice access. Giving it three stars cause they are looking to make money in any way. They noticed I had emptied one of my units and tried to get me out of it so they could sell it to someone else. Did they prorate my month? Nope. The also charge a $15 cleaning fee for a little dust that had blown in from a dust wind storm. Could have ended my service better.

I never thought Id say this about a storage place but the people who own and operate this facility are wonderful and so accommodating and easy to work with. The facility itself is very clean and well maintained and everything seems to be very safe and secure. I wouldnt think twice about recommending to anyone!

Why do I love Think Storage? Besides being one of the newest, nicest, and cleanest facilities in the valley they also have state of the art security and most importantly a wide variety of units at super fair pricing. Need I say more? PS. The staff here is awesome!!!

If you are looking for storage dont look any further than this place. Great people to work with and and a great value. And as far as security A+ with the receint snow fall I was a bit concerned but to my surprise when I drove in the next day it was cleared Good Job

Management is great and the facility is very nice and clean! Very good security systems and lighting for evening stops! Very good to work with on matching other facilities offers and wanting the business not just treating us as just another storage number.
