Awesome experience from start to finish. Had a last minute large item that needed to be stored ASAP- by the time it was loaded on the truck, I had called the number listed on the website, made a reservation on the phone for the location and size of storage unit we needed, got the web pricing, received a text with the address and confirmation number, and shortly after a phone call from Angel who was on-site ready to help us in any way we needed. We had the contractors pull up to the gate, load everything into our new unit while I finished up the speedy paperwork and we were out of there knowing our item was safely stored for as long as we needed it, in minutes. Great customer service all around! Clean unit, clean office, organized, clean bathroom even. The two other folks I encountered in the office who were checking out also couldnt speak highly enough about how great these folks were. Thanks Angel!

Unfortunately I had to rent a storage here due to divorce. I have come into hard time and could no longer pay for this storage. I called them to see if I could get my social and birth certificate out of my storage and they said no and that whoever bought it from the auction will be asked to turn in any personal items so I asked "what if they dont turn in a social security card and birth certificate?" to which the responded "you would have to take that to the social security admin."... So you are telling me you dont care about auctioning off my social security card and birth certificate?? Someone could steal my identity with that information. Needless to say I would suggest renting from people who have more compassion. People who would realize they probably wouldnt want their personal information auctioned off. Zero stars if I could.

I am a first time storage unit customer and went with Extra Space here because I got a great rate at a location that works well for me. Made a reservation in advance, which was pretty smooth. When I got to the site to unload my moving truck, the unit they took me to was different dimensions. But the staff got me one that was at least as good as the type of unit I was expecting and took their time to make sure I was taken care of. The location does have some tight roads/turns, but we were able to navigate a 26" Penske with a car trailer around the facilities. My only complaint is that I didnt realize the start up process in the office would take so long and would have had my crew go get started without me if I had known.

We have never rented anywhere else before so I cant compare, but things seem to be ok. Our only complaint is the recent raise in our pricing. I just hope it doesnt raise again. The staff could us a little instruction on being polite. Some days they are very nice and others you just want to pay and get out. Its a storage unit so obviously I am not there unless it is to pay the bill, retrieve something little or to add so not very often so I really cant complain. It does what I need it to do. Hold my stuff till I find a home! The grounds are REALLY clean, I feel safe and that my stuff is safe being there. We looked around for price options but they seemed to beat the rest for the size we needed.

Rent is higher than other storage facilities. You are not informed until you come in to sign a contract that you must purchase insurance. The price of insurance is marked up higher than at other storage facilities. But if you need the storage unit they have you. Poor lighting. No rain gutters. If you must go in when its raining or the snow is melting prepare to get wet along with your stuff. We moved to another storage facility to save $50 a month and not have the above complaints anymore. They raised the rent twice in the one year that we were there. The only reason this facility gets two stars the staff seemed nice enough.

Five stars for Mike! The price is too high, in my opinion, hence four stars. My need was only for one month and the location was most convenient for me. If I had a long term storage need Id have chosen a comparable, but less pricey. But that is getting tougher as Ive noticed Extra Space is buying up all the competition. Mike did everything he could to assist and overcome the pricing issue. He was helpful, courteous and professional. The property is secure, clean and well managed. Thank you, Mike!

Weve had a positive experience with Extra Space Storage as we recently rented a unit from them. They were easy to contact and available when we needed them. The customer service was great and James and Marsha were friendly and helpful. They also found a better quote than the original one we planned on and applied it when we rented the unit. They made everything clear and easy to understand. I would recommend going through them!

Manager Susan and the entire staff at this location is absolutely incredible. They quickly resolved any concerns I had (which were very few), and whenever I had a question, they would have the answer or make sure they found the answer if they didnt know it. The facility is always clean and well-kept. Overall, I had a great experience keeping my stuff here. THANK YOU!

Didnt like all the green but James was great!!! Seriously, though, Great Customer Service! James is a great guy and very helpful. We needed to take a table apart to fit it in my car and James did not just help us out by providing tools but actually took the table apart himself. Thanks James! What a great guy! 5tars! :)

Worked with Mike today, the store manager. He was great getting me set up with my unit. Afterward my car broke down in the parking lot and Mike quickly came out to assist. He let us stay in the cool office while figuring things out. Overall customer service = 10/10

Horrible experience. They jacked up the price of my unit after 2 months. The first months rent is not free cause they charge all this "start up fee". The door for my unit kept getting stuck so we had a hard time closing it. The staff was rude and not helpful at all.
