These guys are absolutely pathetic! I rented 2 Pods from them for 5 months. A month or so later we needed to get into our pods. Our first time arriving at the facility was a joke. The whole parking storage was flooded. They couldnt even move the pods because their forklift was stuck. If we didnt have an AWD SUV we wouldve been out of luck. I ask the guy if we should be concerned about our Pods. He said No, everything would be fine and acted like it was no big deal. My Pod had actually been damaged while in the storage field. I took a pic of it. Months later when our Pods are delivered. We open the doors and smell mildew. We get towards the back half of our pods and ALL our mattresses, sofas, recliners and dressers are soaked! You can see on the recliner how the water came from the roof as well. These "coolboxes" should not be stored outdoors if they cant handle the elements. They say they are weatherproof. Does rain and snow not count as weather? How can you advertise a big ice cube on your pod and say its an outdoor storage when they dont keep anything out? When I called them, it was a weekend, the guy said to take pics of everything, dont move it and wait til Mon. I take pics and wait til Mon. On Mon they tell me, I shouldve got the extra insurance. However, had I known your boxes couldnt handle the weather, nevermind the insurance, I wouldnt have used this company in the first place! I wanted MY things. Now I paid to store "trashed furniture" for 5 months! And now its my fault? I have to order a truck to haul this trash to a dump. Its soaked in mold and mildew. I dont even want to touch it! I asked for a supervisor, they said they wouldnt be in for an hour. I called back 2 hrs later and they transfered me to a "supervisor" voicemail, if thats all you were going to do, you couldve transfered me 2 hrs ago to leave a message. As expected no call back. If your boxes cant handle the Utah weather, keep your company in AZ you dont belong here!

Not crazy about this company. When they originally delivered our units I had to be present and wait half a day for them to arrive. I was told if we needed an additional unit they would need a weeks notice to get another one. Then when I called for another unit they didnt have a driver available for over 2 weeks to bring us one. Since we had to be out of our house within a week that did not work and we were left scrambling to find additional storage space. Now we need our units redelivered to our new house in 2 weeks and they dont have drivers available for when we need them. By the time they redeliver we will have one day to get everything moved out or we pay for an entire additional month. No apologies or offer to extend our lease an additional couple or days which is what good customer service should do. On top of this we have friends using the same company who were told at the last minute that the units they had ordered were not actually available so they would be delivering smaller units. This put them in a terrible bind while trying to move. The company simply does not care about their customers, does not have enough storage units, and is understaffed on drivers. Look elsewhere for a good portable storage company.

If I could give them a negative review I would. They drop the pod off, then I difficulty picking it up, couldnt deliver it to my new locations, Lost my pod, they were very difficult to work with to have it located and re-delivered. Said to me over and over but "the best we can do" was to read a little bit stuff four days from when I was talking to them. NOPE! Then Took a week and a half to re-pick it up, killed my lawn and hit my mail box. You be better off doing anything else besides business with them.

They are dishonest. They lied to us repeatedly and the stories got more ridiculous. They promised boxes they didnt have to get our business then couldnt deliver. We had to make do with what they had and it cost us more moving time and was very inconvenient.I was told later they never had the size they promised in the first place. Seriously bad business here!!! Please do yourself a favor and move on to another company. Its not our problem they are understaffed etc. pay a little more and get professionalism!!!!

If i could give less i would... Box was supose to be delievered between 1130 and 1230, when it didnt show up i called and was told the driver called and left a message, true i had 2 missed calls(at 830) from an unknown number but no mesaage at all, was then told it would be 3 days till they could get me a new one! Needless to say as good as it sounds to not have to get a rental truck, its still so much easier and less stressful in the end... This place is a joke!!

Cool Box Portable Storage did an excellent job for us during our move. Their service was friendly and prompt. They provided exactly what we needed at the most affordable price we could find.
