I was referred by a friend who moved into the area a few years ago. I hadnt been in town for quite a while and I really value their opinion on what or where are good businesses out here. I called Southern Avenue and reserved a unit for me to move my things into and the employee Evan was totally helpful. When I arrived at the location I met with Tammy the team lead and really enjoyed talking with her as she set me up with my unit. They were able to provide me a good size unit for a great deal and I even got half off for reserving ahead of time. They also had a lock and moving supplies for me and that was amazing. Tammy covered all the bases with the policies and was happy to show me the unit and make sure my gate code would work. It was totally worth the time and effort and I cant thank them enough. I would recommend Southern Avenue to anyone coming to the Tempe area, and they have other locations too. Just check em out online, its super easy. They took a of the stress out of moving. You guys ROCK! Thank you

Wonderful service! This facility is well-maintained and very clean and the management goes out of their way to be of assistance. I had a situation where I had a pallet that needed a forklift to get it on a truck, but the freight service only sent a truck with a gate lift and a pallet jack, which was woefully insufficient for the task. As a result, the pallet and the contents not only wouldnt make it on the truck, but also would not make it back into the storage unit, due to the limitations of the pallet jack. Tammy, the manager, was very understanding of the situation and allowed the pallet to sit outside of the unit for the duration of the weekend until better arrangements could be made. She also allowed for the delivery and pickup of the forklift (including holding the key) without me having to be on site. Overall, Tammy made a very stressful situation much smoother. I highly recommend this facility and its staff!

Tammy is amazing! I recently needed to have a motorcycle engine delivered & she was MORE than helpful as well as professional in her job. She went out of her way to ensure that my package was received & even offered to put the freight crate in a bigger unit if it did not fit in mine for the day, which didnt need to happen thankfully. All of the staff are very pleasant to speak with. I just moved a bit further away from this location but I refuse to go anywhere else except here. The reviews are truly real, except for the most recent below me who said the driving experience was terrible & the hours are inconvenient (COMPLETELY NOT TRUE). If you guys want amazing service, definitely go here. No exceptions.

Ive been with Storagequest for about 2.5 years now. Im happy that Tammy gives me several updates that my upcoming fees are due before I get a late notice. She is always willing to work with me even taking my payment over the phone if I dont have time to mail in the payment. As always she charges no convenience fee for this service. The place is kept clean and accessible all the time. Ive even been so lucky as to have a friend of mine put her stuff here and recieved a referral bonus just for bringing her there. So I would have to say if you need this service. Tammy is one of the most helpful and kind managers out there. JRS

I have always received first class and professional attention and service from Tammy, the on site manager, and her polite and attentive staff. The facilities are always maintained and are clean and safe. Whenever I have a question, Tammy always responds in a timely fashion. I have been at StorQuest at this location for 5+ years and have gotten to know Tammy (Manager) very well. Tammy is a great Manager and I miss seeing her every time I come in. She is always traveling and the level of service is not the same when she is gone. Tammy is always on top of everything regarding her tenants and the maintenance of the grounds. Love You Tammy. Wont want to rent anywhere else.

After looking around a bit for different storage units, the staff of Southern Avenue Self Storage won me over. They were all extremely friendly and professional and didnt just make me feel like just another unit. I needed a unit just for a couple months while traveling and was extremely happy I found them. 10/10 I would recommend them and will be using their services again in the future

I have been a customer for 4 years and I have recommended them to others. The staff (Tammy, Dannielle, and occasionally we have Shauna) go above and beyond to make your transition into a unit seamless for the clients. There is an emergency number to call if you have any problems and they are friendlier than the competition out there as well. Its safe and clean.

Ms Springsteen was extremely helpful in me obtaining my first storage unit. She is very friendly and explained all the details associated with my contract. She also made me feel at ease knowing she lives on property and she informed me of all the security of the property. She is the best of the best!

The security is top notch and the manager - Tammy - is very friendly and intelligent. Ive stored my stuff here for 8-9 yrs and never had a problem. ---- (At a different storage place in Mesa my unit - and other peoples units as well - were broken into etc. You NEED good security in Arizona!)
