Talked to about 4 different storage centers in the area. All of which had bad customer service and were dirty and unreliable. Drove past towns storage and walked in and was immediately at peace once talking with Rolanda the site manager. She found interesting ways to connect with me and make me feel comfortable and offered me water. We love the space and it is easy to access our unit even though it is down a hallway. they offer options of units you can drive to as well as ones in a hallway for a little less. So grateful I found this place!!

Erica was amazing in the office. Super helpful and honest. Very friendly and had us laughing too Has been a great experience and recommend this location to everyone. Lots of cameras for security. We searched for many storage units. Best price and best service out of all we found in area.
