After calling all over town on an emergency move limited on time, needing lots of space, trying to meet move deadlines and flight deadlines Draper Self Storage was the best price. Weve worked with them since 2007! Theyve all gone out of their way to be nice and helpful with move in and now move out from Mary to David and now Julie. Mary was a sweetheart and happy warm and motherly. David always had an answer and now Julie so helpful with another deadline move out due to an emotional family emergency. Julie has made every accomodation from broom to truck drop and pick up to water and cookies for strength checking to see if there is anything needed including a second unit to stage items for loading. Items have been secure which is comforting. Throughout our time here and travels they have understood missing deadlines and now we hate to leave such nice people. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone above all others we have had in the pacific northwestern areas. You have no worries while renting here! Signed unit number 118 Crystal!

NOT PROFESSIONAL..PRETTY SURE THE ABOVE REVIEWS WERE SUBMITTED BY EMPLOYEES IF THERE ARE ANY.. WENT THERE THIS MORNING, THERE WAS NO ONE TO TALK TO, EVERYTHING WAS LOCKED COULDNT DO ANYTHING. I HAVE NOW TRIED CALLING THEM NUMEROUS TIMES TODAY AND THE PHONES JUST RINGS AND RINGS AND RINGS, NEVER GOES TO VOICEMAIL, NO ONE EVER PICKS UP, IVE PROBABLY SPENT 20 MINS OF JUST LISTENING TO THE PHONE RING BETWEEN ALL THE TIMES I TRIED CALLING. ALSO THEY CANT BOTHER PUTTING CRUCIAL INFO ON THEIR WEBSITE, LIKE HOW MUCH A UNIT COST, WHAT THEY HAVE AVAILABLE, OR IMPORTANT TO ME, ACCESS TIMES, CAN I COME AT 2AM OR DO THEY LOCK DOWN AT 9PM?? WOULD BE COOL IF SOMEONE WORKED THERE WHO COULD ANSWER THAT FOR ME. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

We used Draper Self Storage for the last year to store our furniture etc while we went away for a 1 year MBA. We couldnt have been happier with our experience. The facility and units are well cared for, clean and have no bugs. We felt very comfortable with the level of security- lots of cameras, and new high end locks on each unit. They have a great system of Autopay and Emailed receipts. I was also pleasantly surprised at how attentive, friendly and professional the staff is. When we needed an extra unit for a one week period they worked with us and were very accommodating. I would totally recommend this storage facility!

I was in a hurry to some other place today because they close so early on a saturday. My girlfriend says, "wait I know a much better place, I have used it before." So I gave them a call. I was able to strike a great deal for my storage unit right over the phone before I even made it there. On top of that, she gave one month of rent for one dollar! I didnt even have to sign a lease. WAY TO GO GUYS! Thanks for everything....(storage unit #409)

I spent a lot of time researching which storage unit to choose. I have had two family members storage units burglarized. I was so pleased after inspecting Draper Self-Storage. It is clean, secure and well managed. I am very confident that I chose the best storage facility in town. Thank you Bailey and Draper Self-Storage for running a trustworthy business! Plus, they let me use their moving truck for free for the day!

After calling around to a few storage places we found that Draper Self Storage was very reasonably priced and was also offering a great special! It only took about 10 minutes to fill out the paperwork and be on our way. Julie who works in the office was very friendly and took great care of us. We had to move a lot of family heirloom stuff in a hurry from a deceased relatives large apartment. The folks at Draper Self Storage reserved a large unit for me, and didnt even ask for a credit card to secure the reservation. I appreciated that trust, and also the cleanliness and reasonable cost of the unit. I just opened my rental last month, but would highly recommend them based on my experience so far. #392C

My husband and I appreciated how honest Bailey C was with us about pricing, and he was not trying to hide anything. I appreciate the cleanliness of the facility and how secure it is. They have a ton of cameras and you just feel like your items will be safe there. We also liked how they answered all our questions and didnt seem to be bugged when we did ask questions. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Draper Self Storage is such an awesome place! By the looks of it, it is very safe. I have read reviews or other storage units and this was the only one that made me assured all my belongings will be kept safe. Shout out to Bailey! Super nice and efficient. I needed to pick and move into a storage unit in one afternoon. I found Draper Self Storage on the map and talked to Julie. At 4:30 in the afternoon she was able to get my account set up and all the paperwork handled so when I got there at 5:30 all I had to do is sign. The facility is clean, has good access hours (including Sunday) and was reasonably priced.

Julie helped me through the whole process. She was very nice and helpful. She made me feel welcome and smiled, which is rare these days. When I had decided on a unit, Julie started cleaning it immediately. Julie answered all my questions and even emailed my back with questions that she had to talk to the owner about. Thanks Julie! We had to move our whole home into storage for a couple of years because we had to leave the country for work. Julie and Draper Self Storage were completely accommodating, helpful, and have very reasonable rates. We would recommend them to anyone that needs to store their life. We had an unexpected immediate need for storage space. We simply showed up and asked if they had some space. They showed us a couple of options and found a unit that would fit our needs. Took us about 10 minutes to complete the paperwork and then we "moved in". Very professional and friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

WOW! My wife and I had a great experience this past Saturday! We were met by an employee as we walked in. We were shown several (very clean) unit size options and pricing...
