This storage facility is the worst I have ever been to. Their prices are well above any other facitilites in the area and they do not honor any credits to your account for whatever reason. I was promised a $20 credit for some problems I had encountered with them in the auto pay of my unit. The credit was NEVER provided eventhough I had all the documentation showing it was agreed to. Then I had a friend I had referred go in and rent a space and they said that was my referral credit. It should have been a $40 credit but I only got $20 and they wouldnt give it to me eventhough I had the documents the management signed stating I would get a credit in the next billing cycle. Luckily for them I had the referral bonus coming so they wrote it off to that and did not honor the agreement they made. I have since gone to another facility that is not only less money but they also matched another local price that was lower than theirs. That is the kind of service that should be provided. NEVER RENT FROM TOWNE STORAGE IN SOUTH JORDAN. THEY ARE THE WORST AND COMPLETELY DISHONEST. EVEN IF YOU HAVE IT IN WRITING THEY DONT HONOR IT. Interestingly they didnt even offer to refund partial rent when I left their facility and they didnt even ask why I was moving my stuff.

We rented a large storage unit from Towne Storage in South Jordan for 2 years and 8 months receiving excellent customer service during all that time! The units are very clean and well ventilated with great protection for anything being stored there - my piano survived very well. Initially we moved from Idaho to Utah and researched and compared several storage unit options as we would be storing 90% of our furniture & belongings from a 4-bedroom home. From our very first phone call, Kent Hoops gave us the best customer service. He has always greeted us in a cheerful manner, been responsive to our questions & insured that our needs have been met. Recently we moved all of our things from storage into a new home & loved the fact that Towne Storage carried all of the moving supplies from boxes, to couch covers and other supplies that we needed. It was especially helpful that they had U-haul trucks available on location, which saved us time & money, making the process much simpler than our previous move. Their prices were reasonable & competitive & we are very grateful for the service we received. We highly recommend Towne Storage in South Jordan.

Beware of getting charged additional charges because they dont know how to follow their own process. They never did a walk around or precheck with the vehicle before I rented it and then charged me for a dolly I never used! Sure it wasnt much but a few weeks later I still feel scammed! They even acknowledged they shouldve looked the truck over with me and they still felt the need to charge. Customer service? Yeah right! I would use any other place besides these guys unless you like being cheated, ripped off and jerked around!

Terrible Customer Service. Beware renting a storage unit. Several are missing weather stripping and fail to keep out dust and debris as well as water. I have been assured several times over the last couple of months that they would address the issue, but they only give excuses and then do nothing. Also, - had a wasp nest form in my unit. Had to buy my own spray and kill it on my own time. No one around to take care of the issue Expensive. And your belongings will not be protected.

Best experience Ive ever had renting a U-haul. I have helped friends and family move across the country in several time and have always had bad experiences with U-haul dealers. So I was dreading making the call to rent a truck for my own move. Kent was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I look forward to working with Kent and Towne Storage more in the future.

These guys are WONDERFUL! We have rented a storage unit from them and several U-Haul trucks. They are professional, very friendly, very considerate, and quick. These are the only guys I will rent from now. All of my family have used them for their moves. Highly recommended. :-)

Great business. Needed a couple units for a couple months. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Facilities are clean. Carts are available for wheeling objects around. If I need to rent storage units again, itll be from here.
