The shed was great the business was terrible! Our completed shed ended up propped on tiny uneven shims and cinderblocks! Nothing like what we had talked about. It looked terrible. Causing us ALOT of unnecessary work and expense. We had leveled area before they arrived based on the salesmans specifications and were told if they had to do more to the area when they arrived they would do so and it would cost us extra.... we did what we were told and nobody talked with us about needing to level things differently or cinderblocks. (we were more than willing to pay extra to have their guys level it differently if it needed to be) We would have never chosen cinderblocks. After all was said and done they tell us that the cinderblocks and shims are pretty typical for them.... then why dont the pictures of sheds on their sales floor show what their the completed sheds will really look like-- propped on uneven shims and cinderblocks? Not impressed.
