The Managers Michael Wagster & Terry Carpenter at STOR-N-LOCK in Sandy are absolutely excellent workers. Every time my fiance &I go in the office to pay our monthly storage rent we leave with a smile on our face. We feel completely welcomed there. The service they provide for us is always so friendly in a professional manner. I have rented from other storage places and have received unsatisfactory results when paying my rent; Either I am dealing with someone who is not willig to help out with a smile on their face or they are difficult to deal with. I never feel that way with Mike &Terry. I have witnessed Mike &Terry working with other customers &everyone is treated incredibly great as they enter the office &walk out.!! I appreciate these two workers for always making my fiance &I very comfortable. Not only is the staff great, the prices are very affordable as well. So if your looking for somewhere to store your belongings, I definitely would consider this place.!! Thank you Mike &Terry, My fiance &I completely appreciate you both as well as your service to us at STOR-N-LOCK Sandy #8.!

While the owner seemed nice and decent at first. They have a refer program where if you refer someone you get a $50 credit/gift card. I was referred by my sister in law in July 2016. I let them know, they wrote down her unit and my unit. It is now October 21 2016 and they still havent given her anything. They stated theyve called her to come get the gift cards, yet she has never received a call. They originally wanted a credit on their account. I Have called 3 times, gone in 2 times, and watched him take down the information and there has been no progress. I called today to see why this has yet to happen, trying to understand the process, and he said "I dont know why you are calling and barking orders at me" and I had not raised my voice. Extremely unprofessional and horrible customer service. This is not the only time he has been unprofessional with me. While the incentive to refer people and get a credit, it would be nice to have it followed through with in an orderly manner and not lie about your attempts to get a hold of people.

My storage unit and others were broken into this week at the Midvale, UT location (June 2016). It was 3 days after the break-in that we were told it was a break in (to be fair, we were contacted soon after our lock went missing and informed to come down at our convenience but nothing "looked" to be missing). We had a big screen TV and golf clubs stolen and almost all our boxes rummaged through. You may want to rethink a storage facility in a safer area if you have valuables. The chain-linked fences and lock was cut with wire cutters. Im hoping posting this will push the owners to invest in a better security system and protocol to stop break-ins once they occur (thieves did return). Before this happened, we had no complaints about the managers and we did like the hours and location of the facility.

I love this place! Ive been here for almost two years and I have not had one issue. The prices are great and never had any unexpected charges. Every staff member has been professional and friendly in person or over the phone. I feel my belongings are safe and secure they truly do care about each unit and their customers not mention the few times they worked on payments understanding my situation. Dale is amazing he deserves a huge shout out. He stayed an hour after closing to help unload my uhaul. He took time to talk to my son and made him a big helper! Im pleased to have business with storNlock thank you to everyone!

You wont find a better storage unit in town! The two main folks who own it are extremely pleasant and so kind. They will go out of there way to make your stay with them enjoyable. Its all about integrity these days, and they have it. Price is right and storage unit was ready to go when we arrived. It isnt unheard of for them to "pull a few strings" to make you happy. Just like any business, pay on time and youll be happy. You keep your end of the contract, and they will definitely keep theres! Pleasure to do business with.

Ive have had such a great experiance with this location, they always are so friendly and i feel welcome there. i love how they work with me if im running behind on a payment they. I really do enjoy this storage unit and im so glad i picked store and lock of any one else. Ive been a customer for over a year now and love it. If i ever had any body that needed a storage unit this location is where i would point them. thanks guys. youre awsome!!!

Mike and Holly are wonderful people. They truly love what they do and make the experience pleasant. The prices are competitive and units are clean and easily accessed. I had an issue when I was cleaning out my unit I had to call Mike. He was so kind and compassionate about my situation. Michael is the nicest man ever! Just going into the office and seeing his smiling face makes my day better! I had an issue with rain coming into my unit and he fixed it (with a smile) within 24 hours. He was cheerful and pleasant about it, explained how he would fix it, then did exactly what he said he would do. And their prices are reasonable. I trust that my belongings are in good hands here!

I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation to the staff here at the Opohonga Street location. I use the facility for my business. They have made the transition from a traditional brick and mortar office environment, that I rarely used except as a warehouse, extremely cost effective. That along with their personal and fun attitudes, I have come out way ahead.

The units are clean and everything feels safe. Im not worried about leaving my stuff there. The managers are friendly and helpful when you have a question and address concerns quickly. Also there is enough space to maneuver a vehicle in the rows of units unlike some other places. Only a few things that I need/look for with storage units and Stor-n-Lock has it all.

Fantastic staff, clean units, incredibly accommodating. When I stored my stuff for the summer I had to leave in the evening to catch my flight. Not just did Mike give me temporary after-hour access to my unit, he even drove me to the Trax station so I could catch my flight! Truly a wonderful business, with my utmost recommendations!

From the minute I arrived at Stor-N-Lock I felt so welcomed and at home, they helped me pick the perfect unit and have always been so nice and helpful. We are very pleased with the service we received and how caring the managers were to us at the Sandy Stor-n Lock. In the past, we have rented from other storage facilities and have never felt as secure and cared for as we do now. The facility was clean and well cared for. We would recommed Stor-n Lock to everyone.
