2 lovely ladies helped me, but the 3rd rude attituded "I hate working here and people " type seemed like she wasnt into helping people. Her job is to provide a service to the community, not to question "why do I think my package is there?" You are a post office, mail often flows through the post office if Im not mistaken. Maybe her braids on her head were too tight and couldnt get blood flow to the brain, or she was hung over because who wears sunglasses inside, especially at work. The people who work here must be legally retarded. Ive been here for not even a year and theyve lost two of my packages. They refuse to help, and they always say the drivers "arent available", and they never actually contact the drivers or call you back. Honestly I wouldnt be surprised if the drivers stole the packages. Avoid shipping here, and dont use fedex ground either, because it just ends up going through these morons. Fedex 2 day or find somewhere else to ship your stuff.

Ive been helped two times by Jaime. She never says hello or even smiles. Both times Ive felt as if I were treated differently from the normally white Benicia population. She both time greeted the person after she helped me. Talk about unfair treatment. If I can help it I wont ever come back to this post office.

Very worst services they lost my USCIS ID when I went there to find out the card they just simply said clam & get $100 dollar but my card value is more away way then $100, they dont want to take any responsibility what they have done. So bad staffs

Typically pretty slow service, dropping mail off is not too bad, but picking up packages they make you wait a very long time, may take up to 15 min for them just to open the door after knocking 5 or 6 times. Typically not very friendly either.

The clerk asked what was in the package. I said two packs of vitamins. The package didnt leave the Benicia office. She opened it or just put in a trash bin, I dont know. Very unfortunate experience.
