Why do i hate this place? Because Paula & Patricia are always at the front desk. It doesnt matter how nice & friendly people may Be, they are always acting like they hate their lives (even though post office employees get paid a lot, and its not a difficult job I have a friend that works for the post office, i know this!) You can forget about someone answering the phone, and if you decide to go to this sad place you will probably have to wait for a few minutes after its your turn in line before they even greet you, and when they do they always have those frowns on their faces. I dont want to be dramatic or anything, but I feel like I die a little bit inside every time I visit this place. I wish they would hire some new friendly faces.

Terribly unfriendly staff, with the exception of the ladies at the pick-up window. The dark haired woman at the counter was too busy socializing with her friend (another customer) & barely acknowledged me. She couldnt get me out of there fast enough. They NEVER answer the phones, therefore our issues are never resolved. The appearance of the building itself is derelict. The weeds along the parking lot are overgrown making me wonder what will leap out at the customers. Its no wonder that the USPS is going broke & that many if us are choosing to use UPS or FedEx.

While there was one nice woman who helped me while I was in line the blonde older woman working the counter was snide and disrespectful the entire time I interacted with her. She even used her acrylic nails to mark my receipt rather than pick up the pen right next to her hand. I would rather and in the future will go to a post office that is further away rather than risk having to interact with her again.
