Zero stars! As everyone said. Worst post office ever. One case of many. Was waiting at home for package and looking at updates online. Online said "was out for delivery" and it suddenly change to "attempted delivery , noone home" when I was home and the mail never came that day. Called them and they said I could pick it up at 8am next day. I get to post office next day and it says they dont open till 8:30am. I Waited and they did not open till 8:50am. I get in line and when its my turn I tell the lady my address and she says she cant find my package and that its probably out for delivery. Went back home and package was never delivered. Go back to post office next day and same lady... tells me the same thing! Ask for someone else, made me wait for 30min and another lady comes up and tell me the same thing the first lady said! Ask for a manager, made me wait another 20min tell I get a African American man. Tell him my situation and he says "let me see what I can do". He comes back 10min later with my package and says "it was sitting in a mail van, here you are." And gives it to me. This is one bad situation of many I have had with this post office. I have came to the conclusion that this African American man is the only way to get help at this post office and if he is not there, you are screwed. And even many times when he is there, he is not always helpful. I have had package and mail from them I have never received and still dont know what happened to because the mail carrier is unreliable. I have had them be very rude when I come back the next day because I never received what I was looking for. I dont understand why with all these bad reviews, something is not being done.

Im not one to complain, however the sever lack of ability at this post office was phenomenal. I stopped by as it was on the way to errands I needed to run and I was shocked to wait 3rd in line for over an hour. I arrived at 11am and the sign for passports clearly stated the hours started at 10am. Not one worker looked our way or helped us for 30 minutes after I had arrived, and as I said two people were already there waiting. Many other customers came in for routine mail, and were helped in moments. When a passport clerk was called, he could barely figure out what his job was and had to have assistance. After his relief came, he simply left the rest of us to stand there without any indication of returning. Some time passed and the woman who saved him from his job came back and asked whether he had returned or not. She then took care of the rest of us, albeit at this point I was at the end of my rope. I then called an hour later to ask a follow up question and was put on hold three different times for over five minutes each, and no one picked the phone back up to check on me. I have been in many customer service jobs and if this were the type of service given at any of them, our jobs would be terminated immediately. I really wish I had better things to say, but this place needs a lesson on timeliness and what working actually looks like.

My mail is mis-delivered at lease once or twice a week & thats if they show up at all. Two times this week alone, my tracking showed delivered & yet they never came to my house. I called the Post Office & after 34 minutes on hold, they told me it would be delivered the next day. Twice they have delivered VA medication to me that belonged to a Veteran who lived four blocks away & on a different Street. My wife took the medication to him. He said it was his heart medicine he was out of & was waiting for. If you go into this Post Office to mail a package, expect an hour standing in line. They have 4 stations in this Post Office, but usually there is only one person working up front to help customers & 3 empty stations. This is by far the worst Post Office I have ever dealt with. I hope they get a Postmaster at this location who can do the job because apparently the current one is incapable of doing the job.

Horrible! A shame I Cant give them negative stars. Went in there to mail off this tiny .03LBS package, and this obscene, foul-mouthed Bison called Denise went off on me saying I would have to pay over $55.00 because of the type of box its in. Didnt even say good morning, how are you, or any type of greeting. She just went straight into yelling at me! When I asked for help she shrugged me off, and told me its not her job to help. Not one ounce of empathy, and/or professionalism from this vile, and rancid clown! My question is how in the hell is she even in the Federal System?!? Especially with all these homeless, disabled Veterans that need gainful employment! Did her fathers 3rd cousin, 2nd brother, great grandfathers Gardner storm Lookout Mountain!?! Avoid this place so this Post Office will be shut down, and this clown will loose her job!

I called and was on hold for 45 minutes. I then called from a second line, and was helped immediately. They were unable give me any information regarding my 4 day late package because I delivered it to an alternate address and they could not ID me over the phone. Tracking had told me it had been out for delivery for days, but I was told on the phone that my package "was on hold" at the post office. When I asked what that meant, the guy said he had no clue and could not provide me with any information anyways because it was not my address. He proceeded to be very rude and eventually hung up. The other line I had originally called from was still on hold at this point... Very unprofessional.

Called over 5 times no answer and they just let phone ring endlessly. Edit: they just answered then hung up (the pick up phone then click sound) I used to live in this USPS zone and constantly got my mail after 8 pm, missed packages, and had items stolen. Since I moved Ive had 0 of those issues, leading me to believe this post office is the reason everything mail related was terrible. Please hire a new staff.

I will receive emails from a website saying that the post office attempted to deliver the item(s) and that I was not available (when at the time they say they showed up, we were all home) and left a note (never found such note) Frequently, I get neighbors mail then I ended up doing their job by taking it to the right address. I wonder how much of my own mail has never been delivered to my home

Worst excuse for a postal service! Lost package and mail returned to sender, with the CORRECT addr on it! Tracking a package that"s OUT FOR DELIVERY then seeing the postal truck one building over drive away without attempting my address. Just a few examples from this office. Avoid them at every chance.

I help out a lady friend with her p.o. box. Someti.es the mail doesnt get picked up and theyre very considerate to load up a tray off mail and hand it to me. And if my lady friend forgets to pay on her p.o. box, theyre kind enough to rid them of her mail and let me take it to her.
