This has got to be the worst excuse for a postal service I have ever seen. A complete joke. NONE of the postal workers ever actually deliver packages to your home. They instead drive around in their little car too lazy to get out and hand out pink "Sorry we missed you slips" to your mailbox. No knocking, no walking the ten feet it will take to place any package or letter on the front step - Just a slip and the incredibly inconvenient business hours for you to pick it up (Noon to 5pm Monday through Saturday -because screw anyone that has a job and these lazy a-holes cant be expected to work more than five hours.) Want it redelivered? HA! Weve tried that FIVE TIMES ! They were all returned to sender, even after scheduling a re-delivery the day after we received the slip. Plus they have already lost two of our packages despite the fact that tracking has them last known at their location. I periodically have to take time off work just to get a package that could easily fit into my mailbox (no signature required) and lose money because they refuse to do their jobs. The post office location is filled with incompetence - they also have little remorse for you and your missed packages (missed birthday presents, medicine, work related items, time-sensitive materials - they dont care). Worst part is, they dont have to actually do their jobs or care about anything because they are a government job and bad customer reviews dont affect them (I mean just look at how many one stars they have on Google and Yelp). Finally, dont waste your time trying to call them, they never pick up and their answering machine is always full. Just poor excuse for a postal service and poor excuse for workers.

I dont know whats wrong with this post office but Im determined that everyone lied on their resumes to get this job. I got a pink slip saying "sorry we missed you" so I take it into the post office in the hopes of retrieving my letter. Well I lost my i.d and they absolutely need a picture i.d so I said fine, just have them resend it to my home, the lady said she would and that was that. Next day comes and no letter, no pink slip, no nothing. Well wtf is this? I dont care if the mailman forgot to give it to me or the lady forgot to tell them to, somebody is playing with my mail and I dont appreciate it. Now I have to waste gas and time and go back AGAIN tomorrow to see if someone can finally do their jobs properly

They got my package Dec 18 instead of delivering it they sent it to Pennsylvania. It contained Christmas presents and was held in Pennsylvania until 2 days ago and just arrived today December 30th. It was mailed first class mail on December 12th along with a second box that was delivered. I keep getting voicemails from the clerk there telling me to call back and when I do nobody ever answers the phone and theres no way to leave a message. Guess Ill have to write to their main post office in Washington DC

My mother sent me a package Monday 12/07/15 and it went out that day from Texas and it should have been here by Wednesday maybe Thursday at the max and its now Saturday and mail already came for Suisun city ca and still NO PACKAGE.!! this is not the first time my mom sent me a package this would be the 80th package or so in a year that I lived here.. It was an important one too so Im really pist off about this and no one can find it by tracking # or anything so wtf is going on.?!

My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday (business address), and I waited until 5pm - nothing. I had my assistant wait until 8pm - nothing. I received a notification this morning that the package is "ready for pickup". I tried to call multiple numbers for this office (multiple times), and .... nothing. I found out that my local driver for +7 years was taken off the route, and thats exactly when the problem started. I guess Ill go pickup my package now.

Came in for a passport appointment booked over a month ago. Arrived 15 mins early and waited in line to find out no record of my appointment existed. I was then told they would try and fit me in between appointments. 45 minutes later I asked as to the likelihood of being seen and was given a thinly disguised "screw you" and told to wait until called. Finally was able to complete the application after waiting over an hour. Very poor customer service.

Tried calling this location for 30 minutes. No answer. Called the 1800 postal number, 2 hour hold time. Called the Raleys postal center, no answer. Why am I trying to get a hold of you? Because the mail carrier dropped the US Postal service credit card and Im trying to return it! Seems kind of important but no way of contacting anybody.

The postal clerks here are much more efficient and I usually go there instead of the Fairfield post office; Im a Fairfield resident. Theres rarely ever a line compared to the Fairfield post office.
