Ive never had any difficulties with the post office itself, or the clerks, overall. Especially the long-term clerks - the gal with the wild hair is great! SOO helpful and professional. The carriers, however, have gotten better in the last year or so - used to be wed be constantly exchanging mail with our neighbors to get the right mail, and we still NEVER get the Lamorinda Weekly - just the junk mail is guaranteed. ;-) But this is a very efficient and professional post office - that cant be said of some others (Cough-oncord) ;-)

Contacted on 5/12 about a package that was not received. Took my number to get back to me. Didnt hear back so tried contacting on 5/16 and 5/17 - no luck. Finally reached this office on 5/18 and was told they could not find package (we thought it might be misdelivered). Very disappointed in handling of situation. Could have at least called us back.

Mark at the Moraga Post Office was kind, patient, and helpful getting passports for our young kids. This was actually a pleasant experience with nice people. The very opposite experience from the two times we tried getting passport help at Oakland post offices. Make an appointment and drive out to Moraga if you need passport help. Thanks Mark!
