I took time off to accept delivery of a package I needed today. Day almost gone, I walked down the one flight of stairs and realized the mail had been delivered this morning at 930 am. After finding a notice of "attempted delivery" in my mail box of the apartment complex I live in I am now forced to wait another day and take more time off to retrieve my package because the courier is out "delivering" mail. If the delivery person is to walk up a flight of stairs dont expect to have your package delivered. Needless to say make other arrangements. Best part...I live less than 1000 yards away from the post office and they cant even be bothered to deliver my packages. Terrible service and will avoid having packages delivered by USPS.

They have lost 4 of my packages, gave me the run around with one & then told me it was out of the system because it had been too long and that it was my fault because I "waited too long" to do something about it even tho I had be in and out of two post offices and constantly calling about it. Terrible customer service in store. When you call youll be lucky if anyone answers. Last time I called, I called 3 times in s row and the last time someone literally picked up, sat there silently for a few seconds while I repeatedly said "hello" and then hung up the phone on me. I wouldnt even give them one star and I wish there was a way to route my mail through another post office.

I had an issue with shipping items and asked to speak with a manager. (First I called and couldnt get a hold of anyone. The phone rang and rang, and at one point when I called back I got stuck in voice mail loops). When I asked to speak with a manager I was told there is none at this location and advised to phone Concord Main, which was laughable considering they have the same phone issues - the phone rings and rings. Also, I believe this place downsized as the lobby used to be twice as big.

Horrible customer service. I am a business owner spending approx. $65K per year with USPS. While waiting in line saw personal being rude to one old lady, then when it was my tern customer representative "Han" treated me like an idiot, was very rude and upset answering my question, raised her voice, besides she was so loud that I could hear her upset voice when she was in the back discussing me with someone else. Very very disappointing.

Ive always had a pleasant experience sending mail and buying stamps from this location, the counter reps are great and very friendly. They arent my carrier, but I come here because its closer of a drive for me. Also, it should be noted the full service counter closes at 2pm on Saturday, but the self-service kiosk is accessible from 7am-5pm! Very helpful and convenient even if you miss the counter with and need to send out a package.

For such a small post office, I am surprised at the lack of courtesy and customer service. There is one guy in particular that seems to always be in a bad mood and never willing to help. He is rude and condesending. I prefer to go out of my way and go to the Walnut Creek post office, due to the lack of service and poor attitude of the employees at the Pleasant Hill location.

Absolutely terrible service. I tried to call them and it took about 10 calls to finally get through to someone. They then put me on hold(45 minutes - the timer on my phone) before i lost patience and hung up. A further 10 calls went unanswered. How do people still do business with such a useless dinosaur?

This is the worst post office Ive ever been to. The staff was rude and persistent on me buying a package I blatantly didnt want before refusing to let me use 10 inches of tape. What a waste of a lunch break. I wont be returning again.

A letter mailed (signature required) from San Jose, CA to Concord, CA (60 miles away) on April 7, was scheduled for delivery on the 8th, but did not get delivered on the 8th, 9th or even 10th. What service!!!

Based on my experience, This is probably the first post office that has very friendly clerks. Usually USPS has terrible service. Looks like this place is an exception

I always receive good service, the staff knows their stuff and inform me of my options. Most of the time its less crowded than the concord main branch

There is always a long line, so just expect it. However, the prices are worth the wait! Especially when you compare them with Fedex and UPS!
