I hate, hate, HATE that my house falls under delivery from the Covington PO. If a package needs a signature upon arrival, usually they wont bother to bring it to the house. My partner and I have scheduled re-deliveries and never received so much as a knock on the door. Frustrated, when I go to the PO to sort things out, their pick-up hours used to be only 2 hrs on the weekend, which is not always honored. So many times have I showed up during the pick-up times to be told "Were not doing pick-ups right now." On top of that, they JUST removed their Saturday open hours, so now there is NO day I can go to this awful PO without taking a day off from work. And if you want to call during their new closed period do get confirmation of their hours, good luck. The voicemail is nothing more than a high pitched electronic shriek. Covington PO, I hate you. I avoid you as much as I can, but you apparently like to keep my international mail hostage. I should get a Kent PO box just so I dont have to deal with you.

I am disabled, stay at home. So I have many things delivered via mail. UPS delivers, Fed ex gets to me, even that crappy hotdog on a stick DHL gets mail to me - not USPS. They do not leave it on my porch, or in my mail box, rarely do they leave a pick up slip. If they do, the pick up slip is dated DAYS after the sender says it was delivered, and when you can actually get someone at the office to open the door at the pick up window, they say nothing is there. I am home all the time, there is no excuse why they cant deliver the package directly to my home - they never even knock! Add to that 2 Xmass in a row cards and gifts have been lost so much through there I cannot have family send me anything via the holidays. I wish I could actually reach someone at the office by phone to complain, but I cant - no one answers.

So much better then the Auburn Post Office. I drive out of my way to get to this post office rather then deal with the people at the Auburn location. I come regularly several times per week, do a home internet sales thing for extra cash. I have always been treated politely here and the clerks get my transactions done in a nice speedy manner, unlike the snotty, nosy clerks at Auburn Post Office (one of them said he was going to make copies of my customs slips for his personal records, like it was any of his business). Also the parking is so much better, I always manage to get a handicapped spot which I need due to seriously bad knees. All the mail I drop off on time, before the 17:30 cut off, goes out on time too. Express mail goes out same day too if I drop it off before 15:30.

This facility seriously needs new management! Although all of the clerks are very friendly, and experienced, management is not! Tanya the supervisor is rude, and doesnt want to hear about any problem you may have. (Watch her roll her eyes while youre explaining your problem.) She seems to enjoy reprimanding the clerks in front of customers. Their home delivery service was so bad we opted to buy a P.O. Box, and stop having our mail delivered to our home. It takes two days for a package to arrive from the east coast, and THREE DAYS to have it put in our P.O. Box. The "Service" door (for pick-up) is rarely ever manned. The motto of the Covington Post Office should be: "Were the Post Office.....we dont have to care"!!!

They do not deliver packages well at all. They lost one of my families packages and so we had them send us a text message when the packages get delivered. We did that because they claim it was scanned and delivered to our house. One time we got a txt message and there was nothing there. Another time we got a txt message and she was 3 groupings of mail boxes up the street before ours. A third time we got the txt message there was nothing there we complained to the post office (which achieved nothing) and the package showed up three weeks later. We decided to have them hold our packages so that we can pick them up. That was a whole other ordeal.

This post office is awfull! They , just like all other post offices deliver things late, way after the sender delivery date! I am trying all day to reach someone in this office to request a redelevery for my package, and they keep hanging out the phone to me ,all day long !!! You pay for shipment to your home, but you are ending driving to their office, wait on line and picking it up your self!!!! And , if you cant drive, like i do ,you are completely screw!!!! I dont care if they are stressed or underpaid, i am as well, but gess what, i still do my job professionally!!! Shame on them!!

honestly terrible, the first lady I spoke to was great she told me to fill out the blanks to where it was going. I do so and fill out the blanks go back in line and wait the second lady I spoke to didnt seem one bit happy she was really confusing and questioned me and she did not and I cant stress this enough she did NOT question anyone ahead of me and they also shipped boxes, a guy who looked super questionable came in with a shoe box no lable or anything didnt get questioned I will not be doing anymore shipping with this place anymore, I rather give my money time and pakcages to UPS

Problems once again. Small box that would have fit in our mailbox just fine was left near the front door - in the driveway. If we came back late at night we could have run over the package. Sometimes the leave packages (and mail) in a pile near front door (wind could blow small things). Sometimes small items are in the mailbox, and package at the front door (I do prefer that). Probably a few times a month we get neighbors mail in our box. We resend it, but wonder how often OUR mail is lost in other mailboxes? We run a home Ecommerce business so reliable postage is essential.

They always lose my mail if its something I have to go in and pick up. They say theyll look for it and call me back, but they never call back. Ive had packages Im shipping go missing after Ive dropped them off. One time as I was paying with the card I didnt noticed the employee selected 10$ cash back when I wasnt paying attention, I went back the next day and he accused me of lying. This location is terrible. I understand things happen, but things happen TO OFTEN here. I avoid this location whenever I can. Ive lost money and valuable items through them.

Every time I go to this post office I enjoy my experience. I usually go as soon as they open. The people are lively and happy and helpful! One time no one was in line behind me, so the post lady and I talked about ThredUp (I was dropping off my bag) after she mentioned how cute the bag was. She was excited to tell her daughter about it. :) I usually have this experience everywhere I go... DOL, courthouse, etc. Public service is a sucky job, I understand if they are worn out, but I think if you are especially nice to people, they are nice to you.
