Not sure why this got so many high reviews, perhaps I was just unlucky with the person that answered, or maybe they were just having a bad day. I was in no way rude, I was actually very polite over the phone, yet the woman who answered was very patronizing and rude to me, she DID give me the information I needed, but in a very disrespectful and aggressive way. If you can handle being talked down to then by all means go there.

They are great, very helpful, at the post office, although you can wait in line awhile. Phone service is not great, they need lessons on customer service. You get the impression you are wasting their time with your questions. It seems every question that has to do with home service must be answered by the carrier, and reaching the carrier is not always easy.

Called 12 times at 4:30 pm, they continually pick up the phone and immediately hang up. Terrible service! Whoever is manning the phones should be fired!
