This Post Office location is open to the public only for picking up packages that could not be delivered due to signature required or some other reason. Im reviewing service when I went to this specific location, not the USPS in general like many others previously, and not like the ones promoting a private package service. I went to pick up a package, and I got it with a minimum of fuss and no delay. I knew my package was requiring signature, and had the tracking number, to but didnt know where it was, as I never found the slip for it. I first tried to find my package by using the phone system, but since I wanted to pick it up and not reschedule it, the system never told me where it was. I had to call the Factoria post office to see if they had my package, and the person nicely told me it was at this location. At this location, there was no wait and the person found my package readily from my drivers license address. Im going to try here to make this location easier to look up on Maps.

I have had to call half a dozen times in the last year about missed delivery they waste my time with excuses of new people, retirements and vacations. Who cares, I cant tell my customers we didnt show up because I decided to go on a vacation! They constantly have mis- delivered when they do get here!!! Several months ago they delivered a $20,000.00 check we had been waiting for to another address, by the time I got it it had a post mark 11 days old. Dont have me go broke(like you) because you dont do your job!!! To busy delivering for Amazon, That in itself seems unfair. Fix this NOW, I have business to run and I dont have time for this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Im on hold again... This 3 weeks later NO MAIL 2 TIMES THIS WEEK--These guys are a joke!

Told me they couldnt deliver package because the box was blocked but they were able to leave my other mail?? When I checked my email to find out where the package is now it says the location is on the notice the delivery driver left for me, but one problem with that is the delivery driver didnt leave a notice so I have no idea where my package is now. The office had other deliveries from usps but none for me, so someone had to have completely forgot about my package and their way around it is to make something up like the box was blocked. Worst part was I watched the driver pull up and I almost went to meet him out there but Ive done that before and the driver put off a vibe like I was bothering him. So today I let the driver do his job and that completely back fired.

My mailman is the worst. Lately he has not been delivering my packages due to being disgruntled. He is pissed because we dont leave a 20 ft clearance before the mailboxes, so his lazy butt doesnt have to get out of his vehicle to deliver our mail. Unfortunately parking is limited and it would make us lose a parking spot just so he doesnt have to walk 2 feet to the boxes. He leaves unreadable notes in our box and he even ran over our garbage cans one day. His actions are rediculous and adolescent. Hey USPS, you do realize that we are the customers here and that we pay your salaries? Do you realize that every costumer that you lose takes you one step closer to not having a job? Thats how this works. I will never use the USPS again if I can help it...

The customer service representative who answered the phone was extremely rude when I called asking about my package. I got an email saying my package had been delivered at the front desk but I live in a house where there is no reception. I tried calling to see what was going on but the only time I managed to get in touch with an actual human being she took my info and suddenly got really angry because I had been calling several times before, even though it was the first time I had talked to her. She finally couldnt tell me exactly what was going on with my package and said I should call the next day to talk to somebody else, and now theyre not answering and I JUST WANNA KNOW WHATS GOING ON WITH MY PACKAGE!

"The USPS financial statement shows a net loss of $2.778 billion for the year-to-date (june 2015). That’s better than the same period last year, when the loss was 3.469 billion, but it will probably still be cited as further evidence that the Postal Service is in trouble." It is easy to see why the above statement rings true when interacting with the people that are generally employed by the postal service in Bellevue.They are rude, incompetent and just dont give a hoot. Just close them down. If they were taken over by a privately run company, 70% of the staff would be canned on day 1. They are a 3 billion dollar waste of space.

WOWWW. If there were a no-star rating, this place deserves it. There is zero sense of customer service here and honestly when youre dealing with mail and peoples packages, youd expect some professionalism. Instead, you will deal with inept, lazy people who legitimately dont want to help you. If your package didnt arrive on the date it said it would, youre going to be left chasing it from inept post office to the other across town. I dont even think Ill ever see my package at this point.....

Worst service ever. Ordered several items through amazon that got shipped through these guys. They continually lost my packages and one time ever marked it as delivered even though the package was no where to be found. The front office lady is absolutely horrid and put me on hold several times until she just hung up on me. If you know you get your packages through these guys, take all precautions to get them shipped via UPS or FedEx as these guys will lose your stuff.

Tracking is showing a "mailbox full" notice, but mailbox was empty and there was no notice. Also, I ROUTINELY receive "Package delivered" notices and then really receive my package a few days later. This is mostly through Amazon. I believe that the USPS is marking these as delivered on the day Amazon promised so they can get paid, but meanwhile sit on your package because of a lazy deliverer who didnt get through their route. This pisses me off to NO END

Allen is the worst supervisor ever! The delivery guy is lazy. Tons of lost packages! Scans packages as delivered and its false! Says he delivered front door/left with individual and not true! There is an Asian lady that works there and if its close to closing time she will put you on hold and doesnt return to the phone and leaves you hanging! Worsttttttttttt service ever!

Another disparaging review. Our next door neighbors dont have mail service (they live there half time). At christmastime, I noticed a big box getting soaked by rain on their porch. It was a mis-delivered package from USPS--the address had a different street and different number. I just hopped in my car and dropped it off myself...for obvious reasons.

I cant believe how slow they are they cant even deliver one piece of mail from Bellevue to Bellingham and less than a week Ive been waiting for one letter a check to come in the mail and it was delivered on the 6th and I have not even received that letter yet the post office needs to pull their heads out of their butts and do their job!
