This rating is for the cost of shipping. I understand why people use UPS they do not penalty the customer for using their own box and provide tape. almost 2 times the cost to ship my package than a flat rate box, but since my package already taped up including my label, I would have to go home, print a new label, buy their box, and tape to package it there. Such a waste.
