Staff are very friendly and helpful always. The waiting area is adequate. They have coffee, tea or water available while you wait - which is good, because sometimes the wait is quite long. I dont really mind because I like that you can just drop in and that they are open on Saturdays. It is great to be able to take care of some simple DMV issues here! The folks that deal with that are so helpful and personable - much better than dealing with DMV! The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that they could have more material regarding services they offer - travel, insurance, the AAA magazine, etc. in the waiting area. There was very little available. And, they didnt seem to be staffed for the number of customers on a Saturday afternoon. I believe I waiting for about 40 minutes for a transaction that took 5 minutes. Still grateful for their service and helpfulness, though! All the staff Ive had experience with at this office have been extremely helpful and pleasant

The AAA office in Folsom is always clean and there is plenty of room in the lobby. They offer K-cups if you want a beverage. Every time Ive gone in there has been someone to assist with the electronic registering system. I typically go for DMV services, which is fantastic. I can pay with a card and they have tags right there in the office. I can get free maps and guides that are offered for travel. I got a free insurance quote and they gave me the gift they were offering at the time. It was a no hassle experience.

I like the new facility. Delores is a great agent. Unfortunately every time I try to call I end up getting directed to somebody in New Jersey through the automated system which SUCKS! So frustrating! Now I have to get on my motorcycle in the rain and drive to my local office just to make simple changes to my policy that could easily be done on the phone if I could only get through!!! Arrrggghh!

When I was driving a moving truck and the top was ripped off due to a low branch in someones front yard the rental truck company said the insurance I took out isnt for truck tops and was going to make me pay for it. I called my AAA agent and they paid with no problem. They saved me thousands of dollars. Cant get better than that.

Easy "in and out" type service. Great team with awesome customer service! Also, I personally love the convenient ability to complete basic DMV services here! With this award winning staff plus these other conviences, I will NOT go elsewhere, unless is MANDATORY!!!
