Our experience was very poor at Avila Beach rental! There is suppose to be one additional parking spot besides the one car garage, but every day the spots were taken by other vehicles that did not have parking passes and they were never towed even though there is a sign from the HOA stating that it is enforced. No one enforced the rule at all. We were inconvenienced with having to find a spot on the street. Second, the garage door opener wouldnt work. I called the office the day we got to the rental and informed them, possibly thinking it was a battery issue. I drive back to the office to get a new battery and the remote STILL didnt work. This was another inconvenience, considering we needed to utilize the garage to avoid from parking somewhere on the street since additional parking was never available on premises. Thirdly, ( and the biggest dissatisfaction) there was construction going on less then 100 ft away every morning starting at 7 am. We were never informed of this by the rental company, which we believe we should have! The rental has no a/c thus we are forced to sleep with windows open, etc. I called the office midweek to inform them off this issue, they stated they would let there manager know and I would hear back. I never received a returned phone call. Fourth, the washer on premises ruined some of our clothing with black grease like stains. We feel that paying $300/night was not fair and feel a portion of our rental price should be refunded. When I turned in my keys at checkout I made my complaints known and the staff didnt seem to care. They were unapologetic and have poor customer service! I feel one star is still not appropriate with rating our experience.

195 main street, pismo. shortest 30 days of my life. condo is fly! cannot beat the literal stones throw to the beach and pomeroy. cvr staff was friendly and helpful (ken, you rock!). for those who prefer quiet, this is not the place for you. heavy traffic, garbage trucks daily and late night bar crowds 7 nights. but for those who enjoy people, a great view and the comforts of home this is a must stay in pismo. ill definately be back! sadly turning in the keys in 3 days.

When we visit Pismo Beach, our vacation home is always beautiful, clean and Billie and her staff, have always taken care of any need we might have. Pismo Shores Unit 127, on the sand with spa/heated swimming pool and steps to all the Pismo restaurants, wine bars and night life. Thank you Coastal Vacation Rentals for over 9 years of fine service to our family!

Not quite sure if they are using a new cleaning company but I have to say that both of the condos we rented for 5 days were def not well kept. The tile floors (that were beautiful in the whole living area) were also very dirty. My 1 year old granddaughters feet looked like she had been walking on Tarmac instead of inside, glad we didnt have a crawler

They are attempting to keep $300 of my deposit without a reasonable explanation. Been renting all over the country for the last 2 years and never had a company keep my deposit.
