Other reviewers seem to have some issues I have never experienced with this location. First, when I looked up the hours, I found it clearly stated the Mill Valley location is closed on Sundays both at the Jiffy Lube site & on Google, so dont know what you were looking at. I have always had professional and very quick service at this location. They have serviced my Ford Explorer several times including oil changes, transmission fluid flush and air conditioning flush and recharge. When I was getting a couple of services together I was given a generous 15% discount which came out to nearly $75 off. Unfortunately, the only really cheap place to get an oil change done is a WalMart which Marin residents do not have the option of, close to home. The prices feel high but ares till cheaper than taking your vehicle to a garage or other service station in my experience. Approx $42 for an SUV to do a full service oil change, washer fluid refill and free fluid top off within 3 months or 3,000 miles. They recommend services you may not know you needed before you came in but never push. One little "no" and they move on. Also, the advice of what needed to be done (after I said no the first time) was always consistent. They did NOT find new, magical problems or services that I needed. In fact, they should have pushed the windshield wipers harder because I took it to the dealer for a recall and they said the same thing-needs replacement. Most of us dont do as much maintenance as we should and then get mad at the last person who serviced our vehicle. Also, this place has a nice little waiting room that is clean for any car service location.

***BELIEVE THE RATINGS*** This location had my 2016 Jeep Cherokee Laredo in early March for it first oil change. Purchased it January 2017. There attendant damaged the filter, resulting in my losing oil while traveling days later South on I-580. I was towed to McKevitts dealership in Berkley **poor review also** were the diagnostic had been done and correctiin made. The very day of my breakdown I called JiffyLube to inform them of my situation. A tow from Oakland to Marin was not in my budget. I was informed tgat a manager would cotact me tge following Monday. The incident occurred on a Saturday. Mind you I was new to the bay area, no family, no friends near. My residents at the time was in Petaluma, so....Work in Marin, live in Petaluma, breakdown in Oakland, obvious at fault JiffyLube! I missed one week of work, my brand new vehicle still wreaks of burnt oil, JiffyLube General Manager Sol still has yet to return/contact me to resolve this claim/matter and todays daye is currently April 28 2017 Friday. If this business suits you, by all means take your vehicle. I am oy one dissatisfied customer. I already know of another.

I had my oil changed at this Jiffy Lube and this is what happened: a month or so later, I heard a strange sound coming from under my car. When I looked underneath, I saw a felt engine cover had come loose and was dragging against the pavement. It was obvious that this cover had needed to be removed to gain access to the oil drain plug, and that the reason it had come loose was because it wasnt re-installed correctly when Jiffy Lube did their work. I had to buy a new engine cover that cost me $60. Be careful taking your car to this business. They arent meticulous about putting things back properly.

I first tried this location last July and they informed me that they were out of oil filters for my Ford F150 and said to come back in a week. So I ended going somewhere else. Just went in their today and was stopped by the same guy as I was pulling up. He told me that they were out of filters and that I had to come back later. I will never go back to this location.

If you find yourself reading this while on your iphone driving up to this place.....RUN! (away from this establishment). I had a tire blowout and then reviewed all my jiffylube receipts and they had set the tire pressure WAY wrong - and it was different every time. Dude. These people are not to be trusted.

Claimed my cars air filter need a change and showed me a dirty filter, I agreed to change it, however to find out later that it wasnt my cars filter, and it was not an honest mistake... Will never go back again.
