I give everyone I know the highest of recommendations for Valley Tire and Brake. My husband and I started being their customer soon after we were married in the 1960s. Every single time I have ever needed their services, I have encountered the highest customer service, free loaner cars and very fair prices for quality products. They even let me know that I didnt need the most expensive tires for the kind of driving I did; how about that? Their honesty, professional courtesy and keeping me informed of their progress makes me unconditionally a very satisfied customer!! Hope they stay around forever!

I was a first time costumer. Unfortunately they wouldnt allow me burrow a courtesy car =(. I am 22 years old and have car insurance. Noticed,that they loan out a car to a girl that looks younger than 18 when i went there in the morning. Most likely due to the ridiculous amount of money her parents probably spent throughout the years. I guess that age restriction is 26. Although I notice a Junior College Parking Permit of her car. Just saying. Research! Im sure they do go work over priced but we do live in Sonoma county

I wrote a very positive review two years ago and my opinion is only strengthened by the additional visits since then. Staff continues to be courteous and competent and they have never tried to up-sell me, which I sincerely appreciate. Work is always done as promised. I generally bring a book and wait for my vehicle as estimates of repair time are always accurate. In short, they know what they are doing!

I have been buying ALL the tires for all my vehicles at Valley for the last 30 years or so. Service is ALWAYS top-notch; prices are fair: staff cant be beat. When a business is voted Best Place to Work more than once you know there has to be a reason. Its obvious you have a great thing going at Valley Tire & Brake. I recommend you folks all the time! Went in to get tires for my truck. They gave me a very fair price (I shopped around) and also also did a few other minor things that I asked them to do (no charge). They were professional and polite. On top of it all, they gave me a loaner car for free so that I didnt have to sit around in a waiting room. On the whole, a great experience.

A friend of mine recommended this place because he has been going here for over 15 years. The dealer had told me that I needed new brakes and I brought my car here to get a second opinion and they said my brakes were probably fine for a while. It was nice to not have to spend that money. They also have loaner cars which is helpful.

Weve been going to Valley Tire and Brake pretty much since they opened. I think the first time I went there was around 1974-ish. We wont go anywhere else because of the honesty, the quality of the parts and the workmanship. Not to mention the fleet of courtesy cars!

My right front tire was slowly losing pressure - I asked for an appointment that same day which they gave me - but I went down early, willing to wait. Well, they took me in early - fixed my tire and had me ready to go within 25 minutes at a reasonable price too.
