First experience was blown up transmission, due to towing, regarding override, etc, that needed complete rebuild on 2004 F150. Ready to rebuild with non factory part, got estimate for repair elsewhere, not guaranteed, but decided that it was worth a few hundred bucks for Gold Wrench, and factory parts AND guarantee..in conjunction with many testimonials from Mr. Rooter, who trusts entire fleet to Mike and John, as does the police and fire department, from what I notice in the parking lot...these guys are worth every nickel...the F150 is reliable, transmission change out makes truck feel brand new... Next catastrophy, was blown up clutch in TDI Jetta, and appreciated the advice regarding aftermarket and factory parts/...time/price/value in repairs, knowledge and communication between all parties, (mom, dad, son)...Thanks you guys, appreciate the 10 years of emergency Friday night, right before holiday service! -North family
