Went there with my wife to get her oil change. To start the first person trying to drive her car into the bay stalled 3 times then had to have someone else drive it into the bay. In the short time we were there the manager was able to offend myself as well as my wife. He felt the need to continuously try to up sell products she said she didnt want and would ask me instead of accepting her decision on HER car. After needing me to repeat everything my wife said for him, my wife asked if he applied the $10 coupon to her order when she was paying and he said "I applied $20 you know 20 is more then 10 right?" and then felt the need to tell me apart from this that he did that. Myself, my wife, and the 2 other customers in the waiting room at the time all felt like everything he was doing was unprofessional and my wife did not deserve to be treated that way.

They deliberately try to rip you off at the Yelm Jiffy Lube. Im never coming back here again. Another customer warned me that if you dont ask for the advertised special on an oil change they will charge you full price. So I asked for the special price and the seedy Jiffy Lube guy told me that they couldnt rotate my tires because my small SUV would not fit on their jack. But he would still give me the same discounted rate on just the oil change. He then tried to charge me for the tire rotation that I did not get, and only gave me a portion of the discount. I had to continue to harass him to give me the promised 53% off and not be charged the tire rotation service that I did not receive. Then after we left I realized that my gas tank that was half full was now empty and one of my headlights were out!!!

Horrible service. I went to get my A/C recharged and told them thats all I wanted. They ended up changing my oil and wanted to charge me for it. I told them I already changed it a few days ago and they would have known it was good oil if they would have checked the dip stick. They said it would be free and I had to tell them what oil my car took cause they didnt know. I checked my oil once they brought my car out and oil was all over my engine. I will never be going back to any jiffy lube. They were really rude to me the whole time and didnt care at all about what happened. I went into there to tell them they spilt oil all over and they said theyll power wash it for me but they would charge me. Dont go there they will charge you for things you dont need.

My family have been Yelm, WA Jiffy Lube customers for years. We have never had any issues at this establishment. If we have questions or concerns they are always answered, no attitude, and always with a smile. Sara does a great job running the front desk and check in and keeps us informed throughout the process.

Quick and friendly service. Prices are a little high but its fast and worry free and there is always a coupon code to save about 10 or 15 bucks. Plus if you have a oil guzzler (Honda) you can top off for free anytime you need oil.

Left my engine and drive train components covered in oil from removing the oil filter, and stomped the gas as they parked my truck. Not really worth the money. Ill feel better about taking care of my own vehicle in the future.

When I took our vehicle there, I was met with basic professionalism. There was no one in line ahead of me and I was free to move on to my other tasks for the day after only 15 minutes. They got it done... in a Jiffy!
