Very helpful! I had an oil change a couple of days before my visit from another Ford dealer. It turns out the oil filter was put on incorrectly and the gasket broke. I took my vehicle to Courtesy Auto Body and they were ready to help as soon as I came in. They let me know what the issue was, cleaned up all of the oil that had leaked onto my vehicle and replaced my oil filter for free. Awesome people and would do business with them any time!

Went in to schedule the other day at quicklane and was told that the bad thing about no appointments is things get backed up and the guys can only go so fast. Opens at 7 or 8 and there were guys just talking not doing anything and only 1 tech working. Im not going to waste my money on a place that doesnt live up to what they are there for... If everyone was working I may have scheduled.

The shop manager is a wrong person in wrong place , he thought Im Russian and when i misspelled just refused service , OK Im Ukrainian but man you wrong im legal immigrant who became citizen of USA , i wish you , to learn how to treat people with respect , yes im Ukrainian American , and i dont like if anyone discriminate me or any other people .We are the people !!!

Bought tires from them, and they offer free rotation and balance. Came for rotation and balance, have a dully truck, the manager refused me in service. Doesnt even know what hes talking about. Would not reccomened to anyone for any service from them.
