The lady "helping" me, Mia, was soooo rude. Not just to me but to every person that talked to her. She had a nasty, mean attitude, would respond to questions in a mocking, condescending tone and overall was just totally lacking basic customer service skills. At least I feel like she didnt have anything personally against me since I heard her treat other customers with the same rude tone. I just hope my package gets to its destination, seriously.

The worst PO in the World and I know the World. They kept my returning package hostage for 5 days before our friendly postwoman come back on schedule. I have scheduled pickup for yesterday. Today the office is already close and package is still waiting for pickup. With Easter weekend coming, looks like they are planning to take 5 days to pick up as well. Each time I call supervisor with complain, all I get is rude excuse.

They must love my angry face judging by how often I have to go all the way down there to find out they lost ANOTHER one of my packages. Its cliche, I know, but if I could give negative stars, I would. When are we switching to FedEx only?

Negative stars needed. They drove up, dumped 2 packages out their door in the middle of the driveway in the sun, and drove off. No attempt was made to walk 50 feet to the door. Very poor service.
