This tiny little post office stays open strictly through stamp sales. Because of the name of the town, they will handstamp wedding invites with a special postage stamp (or whatever thats called). The super awesome part: because I was going to arrive after they closed, I called ahead, and the lady told me to just leave some money and the invites and it would get taken care of(the front door is unlocked 24/7 and they have a drop box inside), even though they werent weighed or stamped. She would even mail me my change. When I tried to tell her to keep it, she refused. We finally agreed that she would use my change to buy stamps since thats what kept it open. Please support this little post office by buying your stamps here ;)

ABSOLUTELY the most helpful Post Office you will EVER encounter. They have my vote for National Treasure status. I just mailed 60th wedding anniversary invitations. They have shortened hours, and I arrived about 20 minutes before closing. Invitations starting arriving to our guests the very next day, so I know they got started on hand cancelling the stamps immediately. Id consider making the 3 hour round trip from my home every time I need stamps, because stamps sales are what keeps this wonderful little gem going.

A must for wedding invitations or marriage announcements. The hand cancelling is a really special touch. Make sure you buy stamps from that post office (they have a large selection) as they rely on stamp sales to survive.

Wonderful place to go for any post office needs as the staff member was the best! Of course, most people only go out there to send their wedding invitations out (which we did) and its a fun little experience for that too.
