They are always leaving mail in the wrong box Im either giving my neighbors their mail or they are giving me our mail. I just went up there one of many times I was suppose to have 3 things delivered yesterday the 24 I received 3 emails saying packages delivered at mail box when I check only 1 was there. I went up the 25 when they opened and asked I let him see the 2 emails that said delivered and went back to check with the driver I couldnt really hear them and came back out and said they would check later today. Now why if for some reason they could have been left in someone elses box but didnt have time to check. You would think with 2 people up there and Im 2 mins away they would run up there and check just in case someone grabs them today. They need to be held responsible for this happening last time it happened and I didnt get my package the place that sent the package said it was delivered to us and couldnt do anything. Now why go out of my way paying for it to be send with a tracking when then dont back that up. Do I really have to have to pay for a mailbox at the post office to make sure I receive my things. Or better yet just stop using USP and pay a little extra to make sure we get out things. Because bottom line that tracking we pay for doesnt mean anything. Those people up there need to care more if it wasnt for all the mail we get out here they wouldnt have a job. I really hope I get my 2 packages today. And I wouldnt have left this message if this wasnt something that happens all the time. Now lets hope I get my packages today so I dont have to go any further then just leaving this post about our lovely post office that dont really give a damn about our mail just their paychecks.

They will say they "attempted" to deliver a package when someone is home all day and never saw any car come up our driveway. Worst mail service I ever dealt with. The only person I care to talk to is the younger man that is there Saturday for package pick up. Most staff treat you like you are wasting their time when their courier didnt bother to even try to deliver. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

"Attempted delivery" means you actually attempt it. Worst mail service ever. Losing parcels, failing to deliver, failing to pick up from the outgoing box for WEEKS?! Incredibly unreliable.

If you cant fit packages in your vehicle or dont want to deliver,dont put attempted delivery. Put unable to deliver, please pick up at post office. Yacolt mail person is VERY unreliable.
