When I came here first with my BMW making an awfully loud scary noise they fixed for me no problem. They called and checked in to tell me several things and they were so nice about it. 1.) Updates with what is going on, 2.) Which mechanic is working on my car, 3.) What they are going to do 4.) How much it will cost and if I want to proceed. They fixed it right and it never happened it again. :) Ever since then, the team at DMV Clinic has been so nice and I go back there for all the services done on my cars. The owner Nathan is so smart and helpful and does not let you walk away confused, unsure or upset with what is going on with your car. Great staff and wonderful service! 5 stars!

These guys are the friendliest and most straight forward group of mechanics that I have come across in Santa Cruz county. Warren, the office guy is always super friendly, even when I ask dumb questions about my truck. The owner has gone out of his way to help me and my family with our vehicles multiple times. They arent some fly by night place with cheapo rates, so sometimes I go elsewhere for little stuff or just do it myself. But for larger projects I pick here or water star motors downtown.

Nate is amazing and so is his dad, there the best mechanics I have ever been to in this town! Your car is in good hands and always kept safe while he works on it, he can get most work done in 1 day and is afficiant!:)
