Took my wifes car in for an oil change and got the tires rotated. When I got the car home to do the brakes I had a hard time removing the lug nuts and some of them wouldnt come off at all. Apparently the tech doing the work had made them as tight as his impact wrench could instead of tightening them properly. I brought my wifes car back in and they inspected all of the lugs and replaced the two that were obviously stretched and damaged. It took all day but they didnt charge me for the work or parts. When I got it home I continued my brake job and found that in putting the wheels back on after their inspection they had done the same thing again. This time I paid for the parts to replace the stretched wheel stud and lug nut. They will never touch any of our vehicles again. Proper torque on lug nuts is one of the most basic and yet critical things you learn as an automotive technician and I refuse to let anyone work on my car that is in too much of a hurry to do it right. I will not place my familys safety at risk or risk damage to my vehicles. Im really disappointed that after I spoke with the technicians about how important this was to me they continued this unsafe and irresponsible practice. Every component on a car has a proper torque and you expect the "professionals" to do it right, not to take shortcuts.

DO NOT GO HERE! You will wait in line while "Steve" talks about church business with other men. He cannot use the computer, so if you have made an appointment via the Web or call the number on the mailers he checks a handwritten paper and says theres no appointment. Steve portrays himself as a clerk under a manager who wont take your coupons or as the manager if you call to complain about him raising his voice to you. You will wait over an hour even for an oil change and then Steve will yell at you while going on and on for 10 minutes about how the customer should treat him. Rude, incompetent, poor services, and does not care about customers or the other businesses along the strip mall.

Excellent customer service! I stopped in on the weekend just to get an oil change, it was very busy and I knew it would take awhile but I chose to wait. First off Id like to say that the staff works together like a well oiled machine, communication was top notch even when they were overwhelmed with customers. Matt was very friendly and accommodating, and made sure that we were taken care of while we waited, Ive been to many shops while travelling and by far Matt is top notch! Jeremy the mechanic who worked on my car was very personable and was able to answer all the questions we had. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who is seeking staff that go above and beyond! Thanks guys!

We brang in a 2002 Audi to get a simple oil change they charge $113.58 for the oil change and didnt fasten the mud pan on correctly so it fell off and was being draging on the ground. It cossed at the least $300 in damage just for the and ruining it. Then my boot on the CV joint got ripped off with out the protection guard on and costing me over $2,000 in damage to get it all repaired. Their mechanics do not stand by their work and they are very rude and unprofessional. I would never bring anything to them again. I highly discourage anybody from taking their vehicles to them to be worked on or anything!!!!

First off, Steve, the guy answering phone and making the appointments is super amazing! Unfortunately, someone dropped the ball and didnt reschedule my appointment for the time I showed and was under the impression I had, however, they owned the mistake and got my car quickly in, did the oil change and was back out driving 30 mins later. Ive been to A LOT of mechanics (my obvious poor choices in cars Ive owned), but by far, have always got great, honest, good work from this shop. I personally do recommend them!

This place seemed great as the check out guy was pleasant to speak with, but dont be fooled. The other bad reviews are spot on. They overcharge and have zero remorse for it. Even other Meinekes dont charge as much as they do. Also they are TERRIBLE at communicating, saying they will call but wont call you at all. I had no idea what was going on with my car TWO DAYS after I took it in when they said they would call and let me know what needed to be fixed. Im never giving them another dollar again.

Inexcusable! I went on Saturday at 8:15 am for an oil change and tire rotation. I was just going to wait there for my vehicle and was told "that was not a good idea". So I asked if I should bring it back and he said he would take my name and number and call me and let me know when to come back. I hung around the house all day and NEVER WAS CALLED! Really??? Too busy for a new customer I guess. Taking my business elsewhere and will never impose on them again.

The crew here is awesome and they stand by the work they do! We had an issue recently and with no problems Shawn and his crew jumped into action to make everybody happy! I will only be taking my cars here from now on. They took a stressful situation and put my wife and I at ease, I cant say enough about how professional they were.

My husband and I have had a couple oil changes here, was in today for minor repair and as always the customer service given by the manager Matt was excellent. Very friendly and personable he has made all out visits very pleasant. Thanks again guys!

I booked an appointment at a specific time, wrote it in my notes and showed up on time when they wrote my appointment wrong. Very rude manager didnt even look at me, wasnt friendly. I wouldnt trust them with my car.

VERY BAD SERVICE!! Over charged me to replace a front headlight bulb! Almost double than what I was suppose to pay... Then was treated poorly when checked with a manager!! Do not recommend to anyone!!
