Always a problem - every single time I go to this place. The only reason I keep going is that I bought tires there so I need the free rotation. The first time they tried to tell me my 2005 Highlander doesnt come with a low pressure tire sensor. Um, yes it does. Ive owned it for 12 years, it absolutely has one that needs to be reset. They have no idea how to do that. This is a TIRE place!!! After they found someone who knew what those are about (not like its a new model), I had to go back several times to get the sensor reset. I finally went to the dealer who told me they WAY overinflated the tire pressure. Really??? During the last visit, they left off one of the tire tube caps. Thats a small thing, but I have spend the time driving back over for their mistake. When I called to tell them it was missing, their (Jose) first reaction was to argue with me about how they put them all back on. Seriously incompetent place.

This auto shop is one of the worst Ive dealt with. Very negative and condescending attitude, treated me like I was stupid. Tried to charge me close to $1000 for a replacement fuel tank (was looking online and they were around $200) and when I told them that was outrageous and that I was gonna take my truck elsewhere, they called me back within 10 minutes saying they found one for $175. On top of all of that, the price they quoted me at was $100 short of what they actually charged me when I came to pick up my truck. This place is a RIP OFF!! They take advantage of their customers and I will never return.

Dont waste your time or money. I got a botched alignment job, brought it back, they said they fixed it, but nothing changed. Brought it back a third time, and then I was told the problem is that I need a new rack and pinion. Suspicious, I went to a different shop entirely, where I finally got a correct alignment, and sure enough, my r&p was fine. 2 stars because at least the woman in charge of the store was very nice and professional about everything. The mechanics are inept.

Returned back to D&D. I would like to say the service was excellent. I had my car towed in. D&D beat the price given by the Chevrolet Dealership to repair my car and I was very pleased with the service. I later received a thank you card from D&D Customer Service Department thanking me for doing business with them. Good to be back. Thank you Jay, Carl, Dan, the team for the nice welcome back.

Needed to get a flat repaired and couldnt wait since I need my car for my job. They let me bring in my car 40min before they closed and were able to fix it for a great price. I will be bringing my other cars back for anything that I will need. Thanks for all the help guys!

These guys were great, they were fast and at a good price. I had an 2002 STS that needed Spark Plugs and an upper cylinder service along with 2 new tires, I was out in about two hours without an appointment and the technician was well antiquated with the Northstar engine.

I used to take my car there for about 6 years, however, after I had bad bad bad experience I never took it there anymore. The lady at the front desk had a great customer service , but they charged me money without fixing my car.

Had an oil change done here. They told me my cabin air filter was dirty and needed to be replaced. Little did they know I changed it myself 2 weeks earlier. Bad service
