I WILL NEVER GO TO MIDAS AGAIN!!! After going to another Midas location in Virginia for years with many vehicles. I took my pickup truck to Midas in May of 2013 to have the brakes replaced. While doing the brakes they said I need the seals replaced on the rear axle. 187,000 miles on the truck and that sounds O.K. Then with only 40,000 miles on the brakes they need to be replaced again. I normally get 60,000 to 75,000 miles on a good Midas brake job. I took my truck to another Midas location in Aurora and they said the left rear axle seal is leaking. I say it was replaced with the last brake job 40,000 miles ago. I go back to Midas on S. Holly and they show me on my paper work that they only replaced the right rear seal for $300.00, not the left side thats leaking. It has always been my understanding then and now that when you replace axle seals you always replace both sides, and I have had that confirmed by other repair shops. I remember it only taking about an hour from the time I approved the rear axle seals repair to the completion of the brakes and supposedly the rear seals. Even though I was charged for over 2 hours of Labor for ONLY THE LEFT rear axle seal repair on the invoice. The South Holly Midas was going to stand behind their work and repair the left seal, an appointment was set, and then after taking apart the brakes to repair the seal, they refused to warranty their work. Just like last time, they think if you feel pressured during the repair you will way yes to anything. I made them put by brakes back together and I will have another repair shop fix the rear axle seals correctly, that should last another 150,000 miles. Dishonestly doesnt pay, because I will never use any Midas shops again, and my business is worth a $1,000.00 every year.

Today I had a wonderful experience at Midas Holly. I needed 4 new tires and knew the place to come was Midas. I did research on the internet and when I came in they were extremely helpful and friendly. I even ended up researching more in the store before making my decision. Both guys had a great sense of humor and answered all of my questions. We have been coming here for more than 7 years and always had a professional experience. I am confused on a rating below that gave them a 1 star. I asked Jim if a lady ever worked in the store and he said NO. The low ratings refers to a female employee and I have a feeling this rating was made in ERROR. No way would anyone rate this store a 1 star. Could someone contact me and let me know if this is an error? I do feel bad after all the wonderful things they have done for us. Always going above and beyond. I would very much like to rebuttal the rating. Thanks Jim and Josh. Love dealing with honest and knowledgeable people.

Top class service , easy to deal with and excellent prices , offers and location.I rang my usual centre who were too busy to work on my car,then I was passing the Midas and asked to get an oil change.Midas quoted me HALF the price of a competitor (Oily Ape or something) litterly next door.I booked my car in with the very helpful Rachid , and went for a coffee.Not only did i get the best service but a lot of advice to prepare the car for the rest of the season.I was under no pressure to buy extra while I was in the well laid out waiting area with coffee and reading mags etc.I will certainly be making Midas at 8270 South holly street my number one for car care!! These great guys really really know their stuff and I wont be taking my business anywhere else ever ever again .Cheak this centre out! Andrew H

I just want to tell every one in the holly county line area DTC Highlands Ranch area. Or where ever. I believe there couldnt be a better place to take your vehicle for anything that is having problems or just maintenance up keep! I have a few vehicles. ok like four of them that are older and have had all of them worked on satisfactory! I just want to share with anyone looking to have a fair and wonderful experience. just take your vehicle to them & youll see Ask for Jim or Josh . Theyre great guys They have done wonderful things with my vehicles !! They have saved me big money! I think the world of these guys ! Theres not many companies like them out there ! Honest!! This place ruined my car. I went in for a simple brake pad change. They tried to sell me everything: cleaning, new "equipment" etc for $400+++. I refused. I could see the anger on there face when I said I have never had an issue, I just need new brakes. After a few short miles the brakes squeaked, and made noises like they should not have. I figured it was break dust. I was wrong. I took the car in 12,000 miles later after major issues and was told that I had 1000 miles left: almost totally worn down. THEY PUT ON USED BREAK PADS!!!! Now they are saying because I didnt replace the equipment they are voiding the warranty. This is a total scam. Do not go there.

My wife and I have used Midas at Holly and County Line for 28 years. We take both of our older cars to them for service and repairs. They greet us upon arrival and everyone is very friendly. They know us by name. The professionalism of the owner, management and techs is superior to any other repair shop we used previously. They have fixed many difficult repairs promptly and make sure it is done right. My sons use their service, too. Anybody who says that they arent treated right at this location, I question their sincerity. Take your vehicle here and get treated fairly, professional, courteously, and quickly.

Brought my vehicle into Midas Holly today for an oil change, routine maintenance and an opinion on the tires. Even though I was a first time shopper there and kind of in a hurry the staff was very helpful, accommodating and gracious. My maintenance concerns were taken care of promptly, professionally and courteously. And no they didnt try to sell me tires, but said they were good for now, maybe come back when the snow starts. Okay I will. Because of todays good experience this is where ill be taking my vehicle in the future. Its an excellent service place that I highly recommend.
