I have been a faithful customer of Tune Tech, since the purchase of my Ravv4 in 2009. I only take my car back to the dealer for recalls. Here are some of the reasons why I prefer Tune Tech. 1. Quality/affordable prices which is great! No hidden fees. 2. Staff is friendly, amiable, and professional 3. All work performed is explained in layman terms for those who are not mechanically incline 4. When you call to make an appointment, theres a friendly welcoming voice at the other end, which will more then likely be the owner. No, "Press 1" for repair, "Press 2" sales, or O for the operator, who will place you on "Hold" with music blaring in your ear. 5. ASE certified technicians 6. Honest 7. You never feel like youre just a number

Selected Tune Tech To Service an Intermittent squeal/vibration in the front end of my SUV. Previous reviews led me to Ken and I could not be more pleased. I appreciated his personal and friendly approach and he listened intently to my description of the problem. While he prepared me for the worst, a possible differential Issue, he also let me know that they couldnt be sure till they looked at my vehicle. Lo and behold I was so relieved when Ken called and told me it was only a bad wheel bearing. This level of honesty and quality of his work has made me a new Member of the tech tune family. My SUV is rolling smoothly and quietly. My granddaughter will also bring her car to ken...when she gets one.

outstanding service. when i came in the only time i have to turn my car in is when im at work. lucky for me i work on the same street. when i came in it was snowing and they took time out of there morning to drive me to work and drop me off. when i was done with work they came and picked me up from work in the middle of the day. they also saved me a ton of money by finding me a good deal on a new rim. they worked fast for me, i was thinking of a 2 day turn around like some places ive been to but they had it done and back to me that day. they just made this so easy and my life a ton more simple during that time.

Took my car in to get brakes and the oil pan resealed and oil change. If you are looking for a shop get work done they are honest.When Ken called me the owner he said you dont need the oil pan resealed the oil drain plus is leaking and the front brake are at 5/32 thats half life left also the rear is at 7/32 life left brakes are perfect so I walked in expecting a bill of 850 and walked out paying 130 wow. Honest and you can trust Ken And Steve to only sell you what you need God Bless You Guys.

I was really unhappy with the repair shop I usually go so this time I decided to try something new and went to Tune Tech for the oil change and hose replacement that my car needed. I dont know if it was due to the mediocre service that Ive received in the past or these guys had a really professional approach but they managed to far exceed my expectations in terms of quality and customer care. I ended up paying a little more than I usually do but it was definitely worth it.

Small business with big performance! Ken and his guys do what they say, when they say and its done right. I had a defective brake caliper that Ken researched and got me credit from Napa on. I would never have known and he could have just passed the fee on to me but he caught it and made it right. Having him fix a seat belt for me now and I am expecting everything to go smooth. They do everything from wheel bearings to over hauls. Thanks Ken for taking care of my car!
