I had been looking for the right truck at the right price all summer. I went to Total Car Care in Brighton to check out a Ford F150. It was clean, runs great, and the price was right. The guys here really went above and beyond. They were not the stereotypical "used car salesman" by any means. Honestly I was extremely impressed. When it came time to get financing in place, he worked very hard, went through multiple banks, and found one that got me a rate better then my own bank would give me. Weeks after the fact I got a follow up call to say thanks and ask how the trucks treating me. Most car salesman just care about closing to deal so they can make a commission. The true difference I can note here is that these guys honestly do care. Thank you Total Car Care!!!

Overall, I gave them a dislike mainly for the reason they would give me a date the car would be done then continue pushing it back. What bothers me is the reason they keep pushing it back is due to other customers coming in. Their estimate included price and a timeline. Their price was ok but they have now more than doubled the estimated time to get the car back to me. In my line of work, this would be unacceptable. In the car world, it seems to be acceptable. Dont tell me Monday it will be done Friday then push it to the following week telling me again at the latest it will be done by Thursday night. 2.5 weeks later still not completed because of other customers. I am curious how they prioritize cars. Yes I am frustrated. Good Luck.

I went to this place originally cause this was the only place that would fix a VW model but after getting my car done there the owner has been nothing but caring & helpful. Hes very honest and wont rip you off. I have had a lot of work done there after this junk was sold to me by another dealer (Broker Mike Cain watch out for him) and he finally said no more Im not taking anymore of your money this car is junk. I have referred my mom and many others there who love their work. I will never go anywhere else again to fix my car OR buy a car. Dealership to;)

Hats off to these folks! I took my 02 Jaguar to two other shops in Denver for a repair quote and then took it to Total Car Care. They gave me a price that was half what the other two shops quoted! They took the time to explain to me what was needed and why - and then had my car fixed and to me within 3 working days. These guys are straight up FAIR and HONEST. They have won a customer for life with me!!! Thank you Total Car Care!

I have had several problems with my car and my husband is stationed at a duty post for his job. I am several months pregnant and couldnt work on my car. Nor could we afford a new one. These guys took great care of me and treated me with the respect and care I needed. The guys in this shop are more like a family rather than a business! I wont go anywhere else in the future!!!
