These gentlemen are always thorough and fair. I recently had an oil change done at Jiffy Lube, 1650 E County Line. The service was for a 2005 Honda Civic. Some time during the service, they lost the plug to the oil pan and attempted to replace it (without telling me) with a plug for a Ford oil pan. Unbeknownst to me, it was also cross-threaded. This caused a severe oil leak. Needless to say, Jiffy Lube would not take responsibility for it. I took the car in to HR Imports to asses the leak. They quickly determined the source and promptly fixed it completely. In addition to excellent work, the cost for everything was more than fair. Without a doubt, I encourage you to go to HR Imports. Jiffy Lube, on the other hand, will never get my business again.

They say you only get one chance at a good first impression. From the first phone call when John took the time listen to my issues and provide an estimate over the phone, to actually meeting the HRI team in person, and completing the repair the same day, they hit it out of the park. No upsell, no excuses, just great customer service. I would feel comfortable sending my daughters there knowing hed treat them right And I wouldnt hesitate to take any of my 5 cars (import and domestic) to HRI. Its good to have a quality service like this close in the neighborhood that you can depend on.

Weve been customers of Highlands Ranch Imports for several years. They run an honest competitive business and you can count on being treated well. Its almost like having a buddy whos a mechanic that knows cars. Their prices are always reasonable and the work is always done right the first time. Additionally, they dont try to upsell you on unnecessary work or use fear tactics to get you to spend extra money. Chad and John are great to work with and are always a pleasure to work with. If youre looking for an honest place to maintain your import, this is it.

These guys were great. They bailed me out when I was literally stranded down the street at the 24hr fit. I had a bolt sheer off and break rendering my alternator, power steering and breaks almost useless. I literally walked into their shop and said, "can you guys help me" They did just that. They gave me a ride back to my car, got the car to the shop, and had my problem fixed in about an hour. They also didnt charge me much for the work they did. Awesome shop!

These guys are great! Im third generation of an automotive family, and was in the industry myself for years. I have an extended warranty on my AMG E63, so I have to take it to a ASE certified facility for service. These guys definitely treated my car like its their own. The work was done properly and all while I waited. The tech was very savvy and well trained. Thanks again guys, and keep up the great works!

John and his team are about as good as they come. Theyve been servicing my BMW X5 for about 6 months now, and the services are always reasonable and done on time. They never push repairs on you that can wait until later or arent required. Try them out - like me, Im sure you will regret taking your car to the dealer for all those years!

They did a great job with my car (VW Passat) and friendly service. Im very obvious about being clueless with cars and they didnt take advantage of that or try to upsell me on anything.
